Very nice host. Well organized! Not too far to old town and all sights. Great restaurant recommendations.
Room was OK with small bathroom and functional shower, good bed. Unfortunately we had no real window to the outside which made airing the room challenging. However, the room was very quiet at night in the middle of the city.
We did not enjoy Florence! It is extremely full and you wait in long lines for all sights. The city is dirty, narrow and with crazy traffic.
A day trip to Pisa was great and nit expensive by train. Pisa was clean, well organized and with great pedestrian areas.

The room is clean, dramatic and spacious!!
It was a really good stay.
Lorezzo always try to help us with all that we need.
Breakfast was yummy.
Parking option is one minute walking from the property. Outside the ZTL. you can pay 30 euros per night.

Definitely if I go back to Florencia I will book this property again.

Nice and close within walking distance of the major attractions. Comfortable accommodation, with a Trattoria right next door. Stayed 3 nights and thanks to Lorenzo and Sara for being great hosts. Serves a hefty continental breakfast, and we were lucky with our downstairs suite to have a small outdoor area to sit at.

Perfectly located within walking distance of the main attractions, Santa Maria cathedral del Fiore, duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and all the other beautiful buildings and museums. The building itself is an old former prison and its heritage is reflected throughout. Our bedroom even had preserved graffiti with the date 1737. It is very modern, comfortable and Lorenzo is helpful and very welcoming. Lovely breakfast with fruit, Coisants cheese, ham etc. it was very hot during our stay, sometimes 40 degrees but our room was air conditioned and had a balcony. Some steps up and not easy with suitcases but a relatively small matter. Would definitely stay here again. Florence is very popular with tourists and lots of Americans were there during our visit. We also took a day trip to Pisa while there.

Very very pleasantly surprised. Staff were very kind and went above and beyond. Place was very beautiful, clean, quiet, well-decorated, well-maintained. Location 5 min walk from tram, 5 min tram to the main Florence station. Nice and safe area. Supermarket a few doors down. 7 min walk to attractions. The perfect place.

Nice location, excellent staff, comfortable room, bed, shower. The host was particularly gracious and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, coffee available at all times. I would definitely recommend this place. Good communication and recommendations.

Really loved this place, very cute little spot, and pretty close walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Florence. The room was small but cozy and cute. It did get a little bit stuffy at night, but I'm an American used to air conditioning blasting. The breakfast was very good, delicious pastries and good coffee machine as well. Service was excellent and very accommodating, the staff offered to order us taxis to the airport, and recommended restaurants. Cute little courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay here, and was very affordable for our budget.

This was our first visit to Florence and we feel blessed to have stayed here. The hosts were so very kind and welcoming - spoke English very well. They were so very helpful and accommodating - even bought lactose free yoghurt for me for breakfast! We had a car and the hosts arranged for off street parking for us at a nearly hotel. Room very charming, roomy and clean. Highly recommend.

Excellent hospitality and welcome. Good breakfasts in a box which can be used anytime of day. We found them useful for our train journey. Lorenzo could not do enough for us. Good recommendations. Great location in quiet street with supermarket and veggie restaurant, very closeby. 10 mins walk to train station, 5 to cathedral, 30 to lively San Spirito area. Just charming and great value, stylish place with a sweet smile.

This is a great place to stay! Our host Lorenzo was wonderful, the room was beautiful and clean. Close walking proximity to everything. Beautiful little interior terrace to have coffee or late drinks, chat with other guests. Definitely recommend.
