Good location. Room is large with good size bathroom.Only 1 flight of stairs. Good amenities and bed was comfortable.Good WiFi.

Comfortable rooms,hair dryer and electric kettle are available inside room. good location 15 minutes to centro historic, water, coffee, toiletries are available

The couple who owns it are not on site but visit every day and are very helpful. The room is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The owners anticipate everything, from toiletries to refrigerator to wine glasses and corkscrew in the room. It rained during my visit so I was unable to take advantage of the beautiful courtyard but I assure you it is there! Security is good, with several layers and keys.

We were looking for a simple and quiet place to spend our holidays in Florence. We booked this guesthouse for quality and price. The staff were all very kind and helpful, especially Lorenzo, who answered even late at night. The room was small but cozy, the bathroom was normal, but the only flaw was the shower because we couldn't take a full shower because cold water would come out right away and since we were two, we had to wait a long time to take another one, which caused inconveniences in terms of time and timing. For the rest, everything was ok. Cleaning services and towel change were normal.

Don't trust leaving packages and/or suitcases at the concierge. They assured me that they would stay there, I left my graduation wreath with flowers for two hours along with the suitcases that were no longer there when I returned. I called and was told that they were thrown away. A disgrace.

Great home base in Florence! This was our fourth stay (April 2024) in the past five years at Casa Rabatti because it is a wonderful place to stay. Sergio and Patrizia had have three spacious, quiet and very comfortable rooms / suites on a serene courtyard. We loved being able to chill in the courtyard on a hot day. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower, and everything is kept impeccably clean. The other reason we keep returning is the great location. Steps from the train station, the Mercato Centrale, the Accademia or San Marco Museum and less than ten minutes from the Duomo, we walked everywhere without stress.

Excellent location and very friendly service. Our visit to Florence was warm and welcoming. Great location (close to the train station) in the historic center, just a few blocks from the market, central square, bars, and markets. A great experience in Florence.

Pros: very close to city center, about 10 minutes walking, close to good underground parking Firenze Parcheggi Spa parcheggio Parterre.

Cons: the room was smaller then promised in the description, the bathroom was small and not convenient. Also the appartement was not clean. The room is located on the 3rd floor and it is not mentioned in the description. so it is not convenient to take the luggage there. Check out is too early.

Conclusion: I would not recommend to stay there, not worth the money.

Central location with all attractions nearby. Very friendly hosts.
We had a room with private bathroom and kitchen area.
Unfortunately, we had only one wine glass and one coffee cup. No cloth to clean the kitchen, so we had to use toilet paper for cleaning. Some kitchen corners had metal exposed so I ripped a trouser - they reimbursed the damage. The cleaning lady did not bother to remove used towels on the floor. The bed had no proper bed cover, just a sheet with some cover.
Great, reasonably priced place by Florence standards if you can live with such shortcomings.

We had an excellent stay! My boyfriend and I travelled to Florence and were so happy with our stay here. The rooms were very clean and had a lot of space, the location is convenient, and the staff was extremely friendly. Lorenzo helped us get checked in, carried up our bags, and gave us a lot of tips on good spots to see in Florence.

Would recommend to anyone staying in Florence, great price and we had a great experience overall!
