Our stay at Hotel Adler Cavalieri was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff truly stood out — they were warm, attentive, and catered to each guest individually to ensure everyone had an enjoyable experience. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed their work and took pride in providing excellent service.
They even went out of their way to get us souvenir cups for our collection, which was such a thoughtful touch! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Adler Cavalieri to anyone visiting Florence.

The hotel is well located and the train station is just around the corner. It is a small hotel but with friendly atmosphere. It provides drinks and snacks in the bar. Our room is spacious with table and chairs outside so that we can have drinks and snacks in the open area.

Stayed here for a city weekend break. Location is fantastic, five minute walk from main train station and approx 10-15min walk to main attractions through Florence. Rooms were lovely and clean, plenty of space. Only grumble is that we couldn’t get the aircon to work and pillows were pretty bad - that being said, beautiful rooms, terrace bar was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for a boxed breakfast due to doing a day excursion and this was organised with no problem! We did pay for bed and breakfast, breakfast was average - personally would advise that considering the amount of incredible eateries in Florence, I would buy breakfast outside of the hotel.
Overall, great location, well priced, clean and lovely rooms - would stay here again but just a couple of minor issues that are personal preference.

Three of us booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for me. Both rooms unbelievably had issues. For my parents' room, you literally had to *slam* the door open – no kidding, you read that right, *slam* it. The card key wouldn't work initially, so we called a staff member. She swiped her card, leaned into the door with all her strength, and it popped open. I ended up having to use my arm to slam it open three or four times myself. This was room 312. My room was even more ridiculous; the showerhead holder completely broke off when I turned on the water, so the stream just shot directly out of the wall, and the mirror was filthy. The hotel didn't fix it that night, saying they'd come in the morning, and there was no apology. What are the odds that both rooms would have problems? My room was 109. I find it hard to believe this wasn't some form of discrimination against Asians... And this is supposed to be a four-star hotel, with a city tax of 7 euros per person per night. What a rip-off, the experience was just terrible.

The location is excellent which is just a short walk from the train station. The receptionists were very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They kindly helped us call a restaurant to make a reservation, and when we realized we had left a bag behind at that restaurant, they immediately assisted us in contacting them. Their kindness and efficiency truly made our trip stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for both its perfect location and outstanding service!

I should especially praise ALLY and RACHID, very warm, friendly and professional, which makes me feel at home and as warm as home. The hotel has a long history, first-class decoration taste, all kinds of details service warm heart, very clean, breakfast is very rich, 5 stars praise!

Close to train station. Supermarket nearby. Super friendly staff. Most importantly they have a pool table. I played at least 3 matches a day during my stay XD.

This hotel and its fabulous employees and excellent service was the highlight of my trip. After a brutal day of cancelled flights and changed reservations, we were able to check in early after staff quickly and effectively cleaned our room (early check in is an extra fee and call to confirm), book some time at the lovely and relaxing spa (private for just us!), and enjoy a lovely and peaceful stay in our gorgeous room. It truly restored us after a difficult trip and was the perfect way to cap off our time in Florence. Thank you to the front staff and especially a gentleman in a blue suit who worked in the mornings (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!). He was helpful and kind and gave us great recommendations including discounts to nearby restaurants. I can't wait to stay here again next time I'm in the city. Thank you again for your hospitality

The hotel is conveniently located near Florence train station, about a 7-8 minute walk with luggage.
I mentioned in advance that it was our honeymoon, so the hotel decorated our room for us ☺️. The bed was huge, and it even had a patio balcony. Including the balcony, it might have been around 20 square meters. The space for walking around and opening suitcases in the room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom size was just right.
The hotel breakfast was also excellent. Every morning, the staff would ask us if we wanted an espresso or a cappuccino, then prepare it and bring it to our table.

Very elegant hotel with a private luxury spa facilities ( reservation required and fee applied).
Room is equipped with everything you need and much more spacious as you have expected especially the bathroom. Room is also carefully and dedicated to keep noise out. We all had a good and sound sleep during our stay. Breakfast is awesome with fresh fruits and freshly made coffee to your order. The neighborhood is quiter and cleaner as it is on the other side of the train station.
