This hotel was a pleasant surprise. While the neighborhood might not look so great, walking through the double doors takes you into a very clean hotel, welcomed by welcoming hotel staff members. Our room was available early and was just as expected, with a nice deck from our room as well as an open patio from the main floor. We have a shuttle available at 4:15am to take us to the airport. While it may not have the frills of higher price hotels, it was exactly what we needed for one night before we flew home

The hotel is very close to the Florence Airport. We booked this hotel because we had a very early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. The room was clean and had a decent shower. The hotel had a very basic dinner with a full bar and it also provided shuttle service to the airport for a small fee.

Stayed a night here before an early flight home.
Excellent location, 5 minutes ftom the airport.
Room very good, had everything we needed.
The guy who did everything was superb and the meal we had was so good - lovely outdoor area to eat our meal in.
Shuttle to airport (15 euro per room) also available.
A great one night stay.

A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!

A comfortable hotel conveniently located near the airport. The service is excellent, and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. We even had a big balcony. They also have delicious cocktails and dinner options. While there may be some noise, this seems typical for hotels in Florence. Their airport shuttle service is only 15 euros per room. We booked it for 4.30 AM and the driver arrived at 4.30 sharp.

We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a rental car but realized that it was not useful due to the restrictions placed on vehicles entering the museum zones. Located just an 8 min walk from public transportation, it was very convenient for us.

Perfect spot close to All public transportation! Flight was canceled so needed a quick spot. Blessed with this fine option. My room was so clean!! I would totally stay there again!! This was my morning view from my room! Perfect 👍🏼 I recommend having WhatsApp on your phone prior to your international visit.

We were originally only after a reasonably priced place close to the airport for our last day, but Hotel Franchi outdid expectations. Lovely comfortable room, really nice bar / lounge area and warm, friendly service from the staff there. They sorted out a shuttle for us at goodness-me-o'clock as well. Would have been happy to stay longer.

This is a great option if you need something close to the airport. It deserves 5 stars for what it is, a low price convenient and clean stay, but 4 stars compared to ALL hotel. It's not fancy but comfortably gets the job done.
