It was one the best hotel in Florence
The staff were fantastic and friendly, there were very helpful and welcoming, the room was amazing and super cozy , the location is just ideal and very close to thr station and the centre of florence

Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in.
Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning.
This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.

We like that we could easily find the hotel as a "one street straight line" from the centre of Florence. We walked it both days that we were there.

I booked this room type on the second night. It is very large, has a balcony, and is quiet. It is located northeast of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. You can only see the church by walking to the corner of the street. You can't hear the bells, but it is a 15-minute walk to the church. You can go through the alley and pass by the Paleontological Museum. It is a very quiet local residential area. T2 passes by and it is very convenient to get to Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.

The hotel seemed like it was apart of appartment blocks. There were some stairs (just to bear in mind for accessibility). It's cosy, cute and sufficed for a couple nights stay. The city centre is about a 20 min walk, with great bus links into the centre and also tram links near by for the airport. Staff were nice and helpful.

The staff had a nice attitude. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage, and were given two bottles of water. They also let us go to the public restroom to use the toilet. But the hotel elevator is relatively old

As expected, it had a balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. I wish they had changed the towels, but I called the front desk and they brought them to me.

Great hotel! Very boutique, good location still close to the main spots and well connected to public transport, supermarket and good eateries nearby.
