We had an amazing stay, Niccolo the owner is super welcoming and carrying host. Place is very clean, cozy and has amazing view from the terrace. If you are looking for great place to stay look no more! We will definitely come back again. Thank You again Niccolo for the hospitality and positive vibes!

The location is really good, close to the center but not exactly in the center, so you avoid the noise and confusion. The room and private bathroom are not modern but everything is clean and comfortable. The host is great, he helped us get to the parking (really close to the place) and gave us some tips and recommendations. We only stayed two nights so it worked great for us. The room had complementary coffee.

Alla Dimora Altea is a very nice small B&B and I had a wonderful time there. Niccolo is an excellent host. The location is perfect when traveling by train (reached fastest from Firenze Santa Maria Novella via the footpath along platform 16), facilities are clean and the roof terrace is a great place to relax. Thank you Niccolo!

The place is very clean and well maintained. I was not impressed with the breakfast menu but the overall stay was excellent. The big terrace makes all the money. Train station is near by and city center is in walking distance.

On the 6th floor of a condominium there is this guesthouse with an international clientele. The condominium apartment has been divided into 6 rooms, all with private bathrooms. In the room assigned to me there is a canopy bed and the furniture is pleasantly historical. In the fridge there are small bottles of water and soft drinks for a fee. On the table there is a basket with breakfast products: packaged croissants, biscuits, jams and Nutella, fruit juices. As for hot drinks: there are small cartons of milk to heat it up as well as tea bags. In the bathroom, both at the sink and in the shower, there are soap dispensers. There is the possibility of leaving your luggage downstairs before the room is ready. Due to the rain we were unable to enjoy the terrace. Possible improvement actions: - offer organic products for breakfast - encourage separate waste collection by providing bins for paper, glass, etc.

A very welcoming, warm room, with a soft bed, in typical Florentine style. The manager Niccolò was exquisite, he treated me with kindness and availability. I highly recommend it, I will definitely return.

The staff was so kind during my stay. When my train got cancelled they allowed me to keep my luggage there while I explored until my next train. The rooftop has gorgeous views of the city!

The hotel is located in an apartment block and you need to press a buzzer by the large metal door to get in. The rooms are lovely and a small, sweet breakfast is included. The hidden gem of this hotel is the roof top terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset. Niccolo is a wonderful host and exuded friendliness. Right next to the tram stop or you can walk and be in the centre of Florence in 25 minutes.

This hotel is a homestay. It is difficult to find the main door. Once you enter, it is on the top floor. There is no front desk receptionist, only the landlord himself. It is very eerie. There was a locked cabinet in my room. It was very old and weird, so I finally gave up and stopped living there. Indescribable, book with caution.

The room was clean and cozy with a big balcony facing the sunset.
Very close to the centre and 15 min from the main train station.
The tram was one block away.
Nicollo our host was a very warm friendly Italian guy that provided us what we asked and recommend a very nice osteria to eat.
We loved Florence and I would book the same room if I will visit again.
