very noisy, not well maintained. hot water supply very bad, after 1 person shower have to wait 1 hour to get another to shower. shower half way turn cold water and caused my wife sick and flu. no ventilation, if open the windows the noise will kill you. cars and buses passed by making heavy noise and drunken street ppl yelling at night

I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me of a “rule” that guests must leave their room keys at reception every time they leave the hotel. This was NOT mentioned anywhere during booking.

This means the hotel has constant, unrestricted access to your room and you have no control over who enters while you are away.

For me this is a serious safety and privacy issue, and I did not feel comfortable staying there as a result.

This is not normal and should be clearly disclosed.

Be aware before booking.

We stayed in this hotel on Christmas night. The receptionist is exceptionally rude. Like John Cleese in Faulty Towers rude, but real life is not a sitcom. For a person working in hospitality business, he does not know the H of hospitality. After driving 5 hours, when we reached the hotel, I had forgotten my wallet in the car which was parked 20 minutes away by walking and it was raining. The receptionist asked for document, I showed him the digital copy of my driving license on my phone in the application of the italian state. That application has legal status, and if police stops you on the road you can show the digital driving license.
He started to be rude and started throwing his arms in the air. I travel for work every week and have been to atkeast 50 hotels. Most of the times in this situation the hotel staff tries to help the client. I told him that this is a state app, but he started to speak in a condescending manner. I asked him to change his tone, to which he replied, if you want me to change my tone, you have to say "Please".
I have read reviews now after having this experience, of other clients in the last who were treated the same way. I would suggest to pay 10 euros more and select the next available hotel. The only strength of this hotel is that it is the cheapest in the list at that location.
Besides this, our room had a curtain which covered only 75% of the window and it was an old window that does not block noise. At 5 in the morning the garbage trucks come to clean and so if you want to sleep in a dark quiet room, you might not find it here. Our 1 year old woke up at 5 and remained up after that.

Not as good as a youth hostel, not worth the price, I will definitely buy cancellation insurance when booking a hotel next time!
