Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pendini. The location is great, with short walks to the major attractions. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms had a lot of charm and definitely were memorable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Located within minutes from the train station. Walkable distance to all major attractions. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is sparkling clean.
The only setback is the noise from the big compound outside the hotel. But overall I will highly recommend those visiting Florence.

Hotel Pendini was such an awesome find. It is very close to SO much. Our room was so, so spacious. It was very clean as well. Nice big bathroom. Marco at the front desk was nice and helpful. They held our bags while we explored before check in as well as after we checked out.

Very strategic Hotel in Florence, good services from Staff and nice Hotel room. I am wonder why it just deserve a 3 star for now. It shall be at least 5 stars hotel for me.

Stopped here for a quick stay in Florence and have nothing but good things to say. The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the location, the cleanliness, the aesthetic — seriously perfect! Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is historic, clean and comfortable. However we barely got any sleep due to the noise below... Live music was performed right outside our window until after 12am. I cannot believe Florence doesn't have a noise ordinance...

This was an extremely disappointing hotel experience. On the morning of my scheduled check-out time of 12 PM, I heard a knock at the door at 11 AM. When I opened the door, a cleaning staff member said, "There are four people waiting for our room." I replied, "Isn't check-out at 12 PM?" The staff member left without saying anything. This was absurd; it's the first time I've encountered this situation in all my years. When I spoke to the front desk upon check-out, the staff only repeated "Impossible," offering absolutely no apology.
The hotel's blankets were terrible—very loose, the sheets and comforter easily came undone, requiring extreme care to cover myself, and extremely uncomfortable.
The shower gel and other toiletries in the bathroom were hung very high, making them almost impossible for children to reach, and even adults had difficulty using them.
The only good thing about the hotel was its location; it's within walking distance of any attractions and shopping areas, and the public areas are nicely decorated.

Terrific hotel overall! Very conveniently located. The AC was absolutely freezing - which I loved. The breakfast was also superb. They have a mini-bar with purchasable drinks in the lobby. The hotel also feels very secure. My only gripe (minor) is the pillows were flat as a board. They could benefit from addressing that. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Pendini - and would stay again!
