It was cleaner and better than I expected. It's close to the station, so it's convenient even if you arrive late. While it's pricey, it offers breakfast, so you can have a full meal. There's a good selection of options. The only downside is the lack of salad. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Room was nice and extremely clean. Pillows and bed could have been a bit softer. Towels were clean and super soft. Breakfast was nice and the croissants were excellent.

Location was very convenient to the train station and easily walkable to the Mercado Centrale and to the major sites. 3rd floor and there is a lift.

Unfortunately one night there was a ton of noise in the street cause by people just hanging out. It was noisy till 1:30 am. It should have been a quiet street, but that element was really not good..

Very pretty ceiling.

Nice location near the train station. Rooms were above average. Desk staff were indifferent and not what I would call warm. They gave off a vibe like they were over worked. Decent elevator which is only needed to access the hotel which is located on the third floor. Breakfast is a climb. Basic pastry and Italian coffee options. Sad attempt at hot breakfast options and we felt the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Paid to eat elsewhere most days despite breakfast being included. Decent value for the price paid. Can do much worse in this price range. Better rooms and service come at a premium in Florence.

Hotel located near the train station, close to the center.
Exemplary cleanliness, newly renovated rooms.
Varied breakfast: omelette, bacon, vegetables,toscan salami,philadelphia, seasonal fruits, pastries. a little bit of each.
I recommend and we will definitely come back!!

A small hotel near the station, just a couple of minutes' walk away. It's quiet, too. The room is quite spacious, with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast is good, albeit simple, with plenty to choose from. Tea and coffee are available at any time. The staff is helpful.

On the morning of my check-out, I left my phone in the room for more than ten minutes. I went upstairs to have breakfast, and when I came back, it was gone. I asked the front desk to check the surveillance footage, but they said only the police could see it, so it's not too far-fetched. I can't think of any other possibility except that it was taken by the hotel staff.

This is the hotel we chose for our family trip. It was very close to the Florence train station, so the location was good, and the breakfast we had for two nights was also good!

We arrived early in the morning because the check-in time was 4 o'clock, and they even stored our luggage, and the staff greeted us whenever we saw them, so we felt good. Maybe it was because the weather was starting to get warmer,
but there were one or two mosquitoes, but there was mosquito repellent in the room, so we were a little less worried!!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially considering the high price we paid. From the moment we entered the room, we were faced with a serious mosquito problem. It was clear that the issue had not been addressed before our arrival, and we had to take care of it ourselves. Because of this, we didn’t allow the cleaning staff to enter the room during our stay, out of fear they might open the windows and let in even more mosquitoes.

The breakfast was another major letdown. We went down around 9 AM for three consecutive days, and each time many items were already gone and not refilled. When we finally brought it up to the staff, we were told there was nothing left to refill. We didn’t complain right away because we understand things can happen occasionally—but three days in a row is simply unacceptable.

Overall, this hotel was far from cheap, and unfortunately, we did not receive the comfort or service we expected for the price. Definitely not an experience we’d recommend or repeat.

Ideal location near the train station and about a 15 minute walk to center of town, modern rooms with very comfortable pillows, and a delicious breakfast with a lovely view. They also let us have an early check-in. The only issues we had were that our door had some problems locking (which they helped fix after I reported it to the front desk) and there was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom at times. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here when in Florence.

This property is housed in a building that holds multiple pension homes and service apartments. The common area of the property is extremely dusty and has probably never been cleaned in the last twenty years. The room is basic but of a decent size. The cleaning was mediocre and breakfast was basic . The location is very convenient to the station and also the local touristy places. The only suggestion to the hotel would be that the check in time should be at least 2 pm and not 4 pm. After long hours of travel and reaching the property by 12 pm, we had to be out on the streets until 4 pm when the room was made available. This was inconvenient.
