The stay at the Palazzaccio was the higlight of our vacation. We didn’t know what to expect when we booked via Air BNB but we where sold on the room of Appartement 13 and the great price and benefits of the appartement. The appartement was cosy en was great for me and my girlfriend. We put the tabel outside to eat dinner in the evening and to have a little extra space in the appartement. Everything was wel organised and the host and his employees where very friendly and helpful. We needed a broom and this was sorted out within 10 minutes time. The swimmingpool and the premis of the appartement was very good and you could walk 5 minutes to a supermarket and a buss station in Tavarnuzze.
We really liked our stay and we will be sure to visit the appartement next time when visiting Toscany!

Had a great visit, close enough to get a bus into Florence. Great room and good service.

Absolutely loved it here. It was exactly what we needed. Quietness, and able to relax. The only criticism I have is, that if you have mobility issues, please bear this in mind as the nearest shop although not far, is a steep hill to get to and from.

Great location, so easy to get to the bus stop 37. In 20-25 min by bus in the centre of Florence. Great staff, special thanks to Lorenzo for taking care of everything!

A very comfortable apartment, situated 30 minutes from Florence. it has parking, Wi-Fi and access to a washing machine.

The apartment is great as is the pool, and marco who looks after it is very nice. There is absolutely nothing in the area, you need to get the 37 bus to Florence if you want to eat or drink anything. The co-op is closed from 8pm and all day Sunday, the only restaurant closed down recently so at 7:30pm on a Saturday we found ourselves with nowhere whatsoever to eat. We had bread that we bought earlier at the shop, and on Sunday we ate in Florence before getting the bus back - be careful, half of the buses don’t turn up
Recommended for sure if you have a car, the complex is excellent, but the local village is desolate

A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good
There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting
Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell.
There is a coop just a few minutes down the road
Lovely views and a clean pool which was perfect for our little one to use and toys there that he could play in the pool with

We stayed for one week at Residence Rocca del Palazzaccio and it was a truely great experience.
The communication with Mario was very convenient and quick.
We loved the stay, the appartments are beautiful and clever furnitures with everything you might need for a longer stay in Tuscany.
The COVID preparations at the pool were really outstanding. Every apartment got their own little area with fix deck chairs and umbrellas. You could leave your belongings there even if you went away for some time without disturbing the other guests.
I can only recommend to stick with this procedure even when the COVID measures are over.

Nothing was Jennifer and Francesco too much to their guests.
They can make you with a lot of enthusiasm to get familiar in the environment where much to see.
