Our stay at La Torre Dei Salterelli was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in the warmest and most professional way. The location is simply perfect — we honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay while exploring Florence.

The hotel is very safe and spotlessly clean. The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented, making us feel completely at home. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt that every detail had been taken care of.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect accommodation in Florence.

Small, clean room with a spotless bathroom. Far enough away from the Ponte Vecchio to be quiet. Tight elevator, but they had an elevator. Extremely kind and helpful staff.

The staff and especially the day time receptionist were absolutely AMAZING! Room was nice, The hallway had a strange odor, but the room was fine and quiet. The little "perks" they offer were unexpected and welcomed!

The staff was very friendly and nice. Simona helped us to have a great memory of our trip. She is a very nice lady. The room was pretty clean and the hotel was in a perfect location near every thing. We definitely recommend this hotel to you and will come back to this hotel again.

In the night around 10:30 there was a service vehicle out our window that was very loud for over an hour.

Very hard to find this property. There was nobody at the front desk for most of our stay. Also, the front desk person was new to the job so couldn't help with restaurant suggestions.

We had an excellent experience staying at this place! The location is amazing, only 1-2 min walk from piazza Vecchia and museum uffizi.

The lady at the check in desk is very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and local advice on the must-sees, and when we checkout she informed us about the onging strike, which really save us a lot of effort.

Hotel room is comfy and spacious.

Check in was a nightmare hard to find no parking no valet parking staff was rude and never there please stunk like a sewer.
