Very helpful staff and the hotel is clean.
The downside was that it was so much noise in the corridor and I was woken up every time by these noises. The walls are far from sound proof.
There was also no place to hang the towels (even small ones) in the bathroom.
The Smart TV did not work for IOS, no matter how hard we tried with the receptionist.
Price value ration is okay.

Very good location with views of st Maria Cathedral and Bell Tower. Make sure stay on 4th floor or above. Room very clean, a bit noisy. Don’t turn on the air conditioner in winter as the room can be too warm

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Its location in the city was perfect – everything I needed was within walking distance. As a solo female traveller, i can say that my room was just the right size for me, very safe, and impeccably clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, answering all the questions i had and making sure everything was perfect for me. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d happily come back anytime! 🫶🏻

We booked a trip to Italy and stayed in two B & B Hotels ( Venice & Florence ). The first in Venice was a brand new Hotel to that location. Great modern decor with a very elegant Restaurant. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area ( front desk ) wine and food pairings ( restaurant ). I would highly recommend this hotel brand. The second Hotel in Florence was older but still had that modern flair and was located close to all the sight seeing in the area. Based on the two Hotels I would count on the B & B brand to be worth the money. Good service, good quality rooms and nice breakfast....5 stars ....Ray, Jenni

Staff was very helpfull and most cordial, especially Christian.
Location is quite good, and the relation quality versus cost was very good.
The only handicap was that sound isolation among rooms. The firts two nights I had some chatty and loud neighbors.

The location was nice, not too crowded, and there are a few bakeries near the hotel. It’s not very close to a supermarket, but there’s a small minimarket in the lobby. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. If you prefer to stay closer to the busy Florence center, I’d recommend choosing another B&B. But if you like a calmer area, this place is a good option.

New repair and beautiful view of the historical center opens from the top floor. Not far from the center is a 15 -minute walk. It is convenient to come by car, there is a intercepting parking nearby.
A pleasant and friendly staff at the reception and daily cleaning of the room.
A good standard breakfast that will not have time to get bored for 3-4 days.
On the ground floor there is a large lobby, where you can get together with a small company.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B HOTEL Firenze City Center. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy to explore Florence.
A special thanks to Ms. Lucia and Ms. Eleonora for their warm welcome and kindness. They kindly upgraded our room, helped us arrange parking, and even recommended some great local restaurants and gelato spots that we truly enjoyed.
Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Service is average(not very welcoming)
the bath room hygiene is awful, toilet stinks, there’s a fly on the wall, very dirty and even I told the reception staff, they did not clean the toilet.
But the location is very nice, very near to city center and everything.
