The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, situated just a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Lucca or about 4 minutes away by car. Another advantage is the availability of free parking, which made traveling in and out of the city much easier.
Our room, however, was located on the first floor, and unfortunately, it was quite noisy both in the mornings and late at night, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast provided was enjoyable and offered a decent variety, though it could have been more extensive to truly stand out. Internet wasnot good
Overall, this property offers great value thanks to its excellent staff, convenient location, and parking facilities, though light sleepers may want to request a quieter room on an upper floor. Not 4 star hotel.

Very minimalist hotel. I booked a standard room for 3 nights but I was shocked to see that the bathroom does not come with dental or hygiene kit, no toilet brush, the room does not come with an iron for ironing clothes - I was given the worse vertical steamer which was painful to use. There is no tea/coffee in the room, no complimentary water; no safe to keep valuable items. Also, the hotel wifi looses signal half the time. Also, the breakfast trays are not refilled immediately, certain food trays are empty by 9:30am and it would take 15 minutes to be refilled.
On the good side, the hotel is very clean. The rooms and beddings are sparkling clean.

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends who stayed here previously. The hotel is clean and modern with parking on premise. You will need transportation to get to Lucca city center. Parking available on the outskirts of town but lots of walking involved. The breakfast was one of the best we had with an excellent variety of fruits cheese meat yogurt muffins etc. Beds were comfortable but powere was on only one side of the bed. Showers had a strange step up in a small space. Maybe a bit overpriced but otherwise no significant complaints.

Very nice hotel, ended up here due to our car breaking down. They kindly gave us the last twin room. They also gave us a map of Lucca and advised the quickest way to walk there. Room was very nice.

Poor placement, terrible rooms as we got only two beds for three people, they promiced us a hamam which they did not have. Just terrible

Hotel in a convenient location for us - close to the motorway, not far from the city center (20 min. walk). Convenient, large parking lot belonging to the hotel (entrance with a barrier). The windows of the rooms overlook either McDonalds and the motorway, or the supermarket parking lot (we definitely preferred the supermarket side). Unfortunately, we were forced to change rooms due to black mold by the window and mold on the wall - the hotel staff were very helpful and despite being fully booked, offered us another room. The rest of the stay went smoothly. As in most hotels in Italy, there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, nor bottled water or glasses.

Room space is good enough, bidet in the bathroom, next to super market and macdonald, parking is available free. Rooms are clean . No sound proof between rooms. To the old town center 25 minutes walking.

nice and kind reception, tried to listen what I wanted , and breakfast was also ok, the hotel is in walking distance to famous Lucca fortress .. and just beside there’s mid sized supermarket and bit further distance there’s big esselunga so you can choose whichever you want to go or buy … I enjoyed the stay and might come back to stay in Lucca
