Hotel Minerva in Pisa

Absolute nightmare. The room was infested with bed bugs, leaving my family covered in bites. As proof, I even managed to take a photo of one.
The hotel was filthy and neglected, with an incredibly loud bathroom. What's worse, the staff was rude, dismissive, and lied to our faces. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of our lives. Avoid it at all costs.

The lady at the cafeteria is not welcoming at all. I don’t know why she works in front of guests if she is not able to show education and good attitude

i stayed in this hotel for two nights, location was pretty decent, about a 20 minute walk to pisa tower. though the staff, oh my god the disrespect was out of hand, horrible staff. there were 3 receptionists we saw in the two days of staying there and only one receptionist was nice. the staff need to learn some manners. there was a small stain of blood on my pillow also, it 100% wasn't makeup or anything like that. i'm guessing it was an old stain but still that's absolutely disgusting , if the pillow has a stain, get.rid.of.it.
the headboard also fell off the bed? just from sitting down on the bed... weird.
the breakfast was bad, mostly gave it a weird vibe because the staff were just mean and judgy, i felt like i was being watched eating my breakfast as if they were waiting for me to finish. the food wasn't even good, a lot of just packaged cakes etc.
horrible staff, rooms weren't good, breakfast wasn't good. only good thing was the location..
(edit) breakfast finished at 10am, but they started trying to take everything from the buffet at 9:20.. we had came down at about 9:10 and we're still trying to get food.
go somewhere else!

The hotel has bedbugs and is unwilling to offer any compensation for prepaid reservation.
