Great hotel! The room was very cozy, as was the bathroom. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was varied. Parking in the hotel courtyard was very convenient. The only slight problem was perhaps my neighbors watching TV at a high volume. Overall, I would still recommend it.

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel, but I received no instructions on how to check in after hours. When I arrived late from the airport, I found a sign saying to check your email for instructions to check-in. No email was sent to me and they did not provide an after hours contact number to reach them. It was highly irresponsible for the hotel not to reach out to me by email or phone on the day of check-in, leaving me stranded and without guidance. For peace of mind, do not stay here if you’re coming from a long overseas flight and don’t want to face the risk of finding alternative accommodation in the middle of the night like I did. No refund was given to me so they’ve just taken my money knowingly they did not send instructions on how to check-in.

It is a nice hotel. Staff is wonderful and nice. Only complaint is their beds. They are a little outdated. Our mattress was old and has been formed to the many people that laid on it, so there is quite the dip. The sheets didn't fit either as they continously fell off. Great breakfast. Wonderful location. Short walk to the leaning tower.

Spacious room, clean and fresh big bathroom. Relatively near sights, a 10 minutes walk. Helpful staff.

A comfortable stay in a spacious room. Easy walk to the Pisa Tower & restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful

Good Place To Stay
The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!

The house is very good, not far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The landlord is also very good and has a good attitude. He recommended restaurants and places worth visiting in Pisa to us, and provided breakfast 🥣 and coffee juice
