Agriturismo Circugnano in Grassina

The five stars that can be given are not enough to describe what we get at this accommodation. We've stayed in many places before, but this surpassed any experience we've had. The environment is quiet and the view is fantastic. The whole place is perfectly suitable for rest and relaxation, but it is also an excellent base for exploring the Tuscan landscape. We had only been in the apartment for a few hours when we started planning our next year's trip. The apartment is clean, fragrant, thought out in every detail. The host Deborah and her family are very kind, smiling and friendly. Once again, thank you very much for the hospitality! We will definitely come back!

Be careful of Waze directions : it takes you on a diabolical agricultural path that Waze thinks is a proper road . There are well tarred roads to the property.

Breakfast at €7 per head was generous servings of cake, bread, fruits, yoghurt, juices milk. Plenty of tea coffee.

Full kitchen fridge .

They produce their own wine and olive oil. Too bad we are flying and cannot carry.

A great retreat from Florence. You will need a car otherwise the bus stops are a long way away.

Traveling with 4 friends, the room was cozy and mattresses are comfortable. Didn’t have time to do much around the beautiful farm, only visited the cellar and tasted wine and olive oil.

Really excellent little hotel, great view and great value!

Our house had a washing machine inside which was not advertised.

Proprietor was very friendly and nice to us.

1. Amazing ambience, hard to reach without car though.
2. Best to spend some time in their gardens, staying away from pollution, etc.
3. Their breakfast option is not that great.
4. We were given a full house for ourselves
5. They’ve got a/c on both rooms. Kitchen, bathroom fully equipped.

7. Parking not a problem (there’s a wide area in front at their property)

We stayed there for few nights and it was very good, cozy and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome, the owner made a cake for the 3 of us, and let us borrow their bikes too. The location is very good as it is near Florence, but you get a real feeling about the Tuscany countryside. Really recommend it to everyone.
