The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!

The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice.
The staff was very helpful especially because we had personal issues to deal with and places we had to get to for resolution. They helped us navigate several things that we could not have done on our own. We are grateful!

The room was large and comfortable. There was a beautiful terrace. Staff was so helpful about reservations, taxis, directions. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location was walkable to all sites.

The hotel is beautiful and kept spotless. Room was comfortable and very well maintained. The restaurant offers great food with excellent service. Special mention for Anthony, at reception, always willing to help and advice about places to visit and moving around the city.

A little older hotel but a clean sweet place. Staff are wonderful and they include a good breakfast. Great location and walkable to everything.

Beautiful hotel in Central Siena. Able to walk to the main square. Charming side streets and good restaurant options. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was a nice place. Rooms could be better and more spacious. But overall good experience.

The breakfast was very good and great coffee, the location of the hotel in the center of Siena was perfect, but the room was on the small side. The staff were very helpful with my questions about where to park, especially Barbara.
