Very nice hotel close to centre. Staff very informative and helpful. Finding parking near the hotel a bit difficult. However, they do have a bigger lot further away. You need to pay for parking.Don't let that put you off this hotel, it is a charming little hotel with very friendly staff.

I really loved our stay at Hotel Valentino. It's a relatively quick walk from the funiculare stazione and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect - not too far from anything and the views from our room exceeded our expectations

Wonderful villa, brand new and quiet room, spotless bathroom. The park and swimming pool are fantastic and have an unsurpassed view of Gubbio. Delicious breakfast served in a super charming room. Excellent price. Ideal structure for relaxing in the midst of nature while still being a few minutes' drive from beautiful Gubbio.

We had a very good stay at Hotel Il Duomo. The receptionist was very kind and processed our check in swiftly. The free breakfast was a bonus. We will definitely be back and stay at Hotel Il Duomo again.

I love staying at I’ll Duomo because it’s in the best location in Assisi—adjacent to San Rufino Cathedral and Square; and one mini walk to the main plaza. The staff is friendly and eager to help.

Great location in a beautiful town! Parking in Assisi in never easy however, the suggestion from the hotel owner to park in the deck at the bottom of the city was very helpful! It is run by a sister and brother who is super helpful. Our room is facing the little so it's a bit noisy depending who were screaming outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good with freshly baked goods. Highly recommended.

It's a family hotel! Oh Pax Hotel, you did not disappoint! Centrally located. Directly a street above the church where Saint Carlo Acutis is laid to rest. We also had a free breakfast! The location was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. My only critiques would be that there was no a/c. A fan would have really helped. I opened my windows a little but there was a pigeon who sat outside my bathroom window at night so I couldn't open it very wide. We stayed here for 2 nights. Room normal to small size, very clean and comfortable. Hosts amazing - it is more like B&B. Huge breakfast. And good parking. If you have a car - that’s your option. Driving to the city center takes 7 minutes (to payed parking)

Very friendly and helpful staff! Even with limited English spoken, they managed to help and make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The room was great! It had a clean bathroom, nice bed, and a gorgeous window that overlooks the town. The only downside is that the outside traffic (people and some cars) can be noisy, so I'd advise bringing earplugs.

The receptionist was so knowledgeable and kind, he showed us where to go in Assisi during the very limited time we had there. The room didn’t look exactly the same as the photos, but bathroom was very clean which we really liked. Expect a maze-like building and a bit of a walk to get to the 3rd floor using two different elevators. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel, being a 3-star hotel, was very good and the breakfast too, but the location was excellent. They just need to explain the issue of parking and how to leave luggage better. You cannot park where the hotel is located and you have to leave the car in a parking lot that is a 15-minute walk away with ups and downs and the issue of luggage is complicated.

The hotel shower rooms were small and had poor drainage.

There was a lot on offer, big spacious room with a kitchenette and very close to the city centre, felt it.was real value for money

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

Peaceful and quiet. Staff were not engaging with us as english speaking guests. Language barrier could be the reason. Otherwise, this feels like a local resort and not a tourist resort which was fine by us.

We stayed here for one night on a cycling holiday. We arrived soaked from the rain and were so happy to have a lovely clean spacious room with a nice hot shower. By far one of the best places to stay! Everyone is so nice, the lady that did my checkin helped me with booking boat, find nice places to eat and to spend the day. My bedroom was beautiful, with AC, lake view. The pace also has a solarium where you can see the sunset, and the food in the ristorante is delicious. I will come back for sure!!!

Nice quiet hotel even though on the main street of the castle area. Staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the price was a bargain. The room was quite small but there is a common area where we could hang out a couple of times. Parking is by the hour in the nearby area so recommend you get the parking app, which was also useful in other towns.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. Our holiday in Umbria just ended, and we stayed at the Casalta farmhouse. We were happy we chose this property because it's beautiful. Right in the heart of Orvieto! La Magnolia is a gem, charmingly decorated in a historical building with modern appliances. Our suite was very spacious, clean, quiet, comfy, easy to find! Serena is very gracious & it was a delight to see a black cat as their mascot. You can see the care & dedication she puts into this space. We so wish we had stayed longer & we would definitely book here again!

We just had a lovely visit to Orvieto and stayed at this fabulous B & B. It’s in a perfect location for touring Orvieto. So many places to eat at your doorstep. It is very clean and breakfast downstairs at the bar was great with excellent selection of breakfast sweets, meats, fruit and coffee. Would stay again.

This place is great. The owner Serena is very nice and welcoming! Clean rooms and great location. It is right on the main tourist avenue, so can be noisy at night with the window open. Suggest asking for rooms in the back. The only negative was the breakfast bar. The owner is very unwelcoming to tourists.

Very nice B&B with newly renovated rooms, and soon it will be the turn of the bathrooms. Free parking about 100 meters from the B&B, and just outside the walls. Excellent and varied and complete breakfast. Nice friendly staff always available! There is also a restaurant but we arrived on Monday closing day and we couldn't try it. In any case, excellent structure and highly recommended.
