Great location when visiting Assisi. Staff was great and breakfast was one I’d go back for seconds. Only downside was no AC and it was fairly warm for an October evening. So we had to sleep with the windows open which wasn’t the most quiet rest we got.

Nice spot just outside of the door leading to St Clares. Very friendly staff. Clean updated room. Great bathroom. Bed was comfortable. We did not have a view but I imagine the other side of the hall had a nice view. Not a big deal though since everything else was nice.

Home away from home. We only stayed one night but were made very welcome. Easy access to Assisi but located in the middle of fields (of sunflowers) made it a perfect location.The owners were in the process of some changes - they had just opened the beautiful pool and seemed to be preparing extra (much needed) parking space. This is a beautiful B&B, such modern rooms built into an older, lovely building. The owners are terrific and helpful. The breakfast is small, but satisfying. Only negative comment would be the first floor rooms, located right off the small lobby/breakfast area, are quite loud when guests come and go. Request a room on a higher floor.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

A farmhouse renovated down to the smallest detail, located just minutes from the center. Truly comfortable, the restaurant offers excellent dishes and top-quality wines. The staff is truly courteous and professional, and the owners are top-notch.

Locanda Giustini was a great two night stop on our tour through Italy. This place has very comfortable lodging and delicious meals. The service was even better. We stayed at this agriturismo as guests at a wedding in Gubbio. The breathtaking views, tranquility, large pool, generous breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, and above all, the owners' hospitality made for a wonderful weekend. First weekend of September in Gubbio and overnight stay in this place structure pleasantly surprised us! A few km from the city, surrounded by greenery, panorama and maximum tranquility. Hotel caters for one night coach tours. Who leave early so get up earlier. No sound proofing between rooms and we could hear every word spoken plus their phone alarm woke us up at 6am!!! we liked the property of this hotel. we felt that we were in a country side. we couldn't lower the air conditioning as it was 24 degres. we are used to have it at 20 degres.

Location is great: close to Assisi and to Santa Maria degli Angeli. The rooms are simple but comfortable. But what I loved the most is how friendly, accommodating and flexible the hosts are. I had a great stay.

What a place to find by chance! We had a superb meal, as well prepared as if this had been a home and presented with friendly care. We felt very much at home and will certainly return if we have the occasion. P.S the selection of Umbrian cheeses and fantastic home made preserves is highly recommended.

The property is a bit dated, but very well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is superb, plentiful, and fabulous. It's easy to get to, with convenient private parking, and well-connected to Orvieto, just a few kilometers away.
