We stayed at this agriturismo as guests at a wedding in Gubbio. The breathtaking views, tranquility, large pool, generous breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, and above all, the owners' hospitality made for a wonderful weekend. Our dog went wild with joy at the vast surrounding meadows where he could run around. We couldn't have chosen a better place and we can't wait to return!

First weekend of September in Gubbio and overnight stay in this place structure pleasantly surprised us! A few km from the city, surrounded by greenery, panorama and maximum tranquility. Right in the heart of Orvieto! La Magnolia is a gem, charmingly decorated in a historical building with modern appliances. Our suite was very spacious, clean, quiet, comfy, easy to find! Serena is very gracious & it was a delight to see a black cat as their mascot. You can see the care & dedication she puts into this space. We so wish we had stayed longer & we would definitely book here again!

We just had a lovely visit to Orvieto and stayed at this fabulous B & B. It’s in a perfect location for touring Orvieto. So many places to eat at your doorstep. It is very clean and breakfast downstairs at the bar was great with excellent selection of breakfast sweets, meats, fruit and coffee. Would stay again.

This place is great. The owner Serena is very nice and welcoming! Clean rooms and great location. It is right on the main tourist avenue, so can be noisy at night with the window open. Suggest asking for rooms in the back. The only negative was the breakfast bar. The owner is very unwelcoming to tourists.

Very nice B&B with newly renovated rooms, and soon it will be the turn of the bathrooms. Free parking about 100 meters from the B&B, and just outside the walls. We stayed at this farmhouse for a family weekend. Welcoming, kind, clean, relaxing... these are the words that immediately come to mind. We were welcomed and pampered. I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. A welcoming B&B located in a farmhouse not far from the city, nestled in the peaceful countryside and boasting spectacular views of the Umbrian valley. The town center is a 10-minute walk away (uphill), which is the best option on holidays, given the difficulty in parking (even paid parking lots fill up quickly during holidays). Recommended for those visiting Assisi and the surrounding towns.

Impeccably clean, unlike anything I've ever seen. Quiet location amidst the Assisi hills. Breakfast features packaged items, but still an excellent selection. There's no savory option. The lady's organization regarding payment and check-in was greatly appreciated, especially if you arrive late and leave early.

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

The apartment we rented is located in a complex of several other apartments with independent entrances. The location is beautiful. The pool is lovely and offers a splendid view. Very quiet. Parking is very close and no reservation is required.

Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. We areived past the 10pm check in and they stayed for us which was great. The room was nice and the bed was comfy, but the air-con didnt work so was a very warm and uncomfortable first night in Italy. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is easy to reach and has it’s own in-house parking. The outdoor recreation area and the pool area are exceptional. Pls consider that the area is used for weddings having an impact on your personal freedom as hotel guest. Otherwise the spot is an excellent choice.
