The country house is set in such a peaceful ambience surrounded by mountains but minutes from centre of Assisi. The hosts were simply amazing and the breakfast they prepared was delicious. We were made to feel extremely welcome.

The five stars are for the location which is enchanting and above all immersed in nature and tranquility. The rooms of different styles and genres are particular but the bathrooms would need to be reviewed from a functionality point of view. Overall it is a good establishment.

The resort is immersed in the countryside, the road is easily traveled, the town is just under 10 minutes ... and about twenty from Assisi. It has a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax, you can have breakfast both inside the structure and in the garden, the complex as a whole is well kept, a small general refresh would make your stay more pleasant.

Pros: Just in front of train station, take bus line C to the city center. Mac Donald is located within 120 m. Cons: Breakfast so so only, not many amenities nearby , unless crossing the highway, walk thru underground passage way to reach the other side of town.

Spotless family run Hotel. We stayed for four nights and had dinner on three of the evenings. Food was superb and very good value. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a large balcony. Very convenient to Assisi Station just across the road where there are bus connections to the center of Assisi.

We had dinner at the restaurant and were very happy with the antipasti and pasta. On top of that the view and outside sitting area was absolutely amazing.

Comfortable hotel, beautiful outdoor dining surrounded by the hilly landscape of the place. Same goes for the breakfast made between the lights and the smells and songs of nature. Mainly family run hotel, located in a quiet place. Clean room, with air conditioning, luckily because the night was really hot. The pool corner is not that big, in fact the deckchairs are quite close to each other. Also equipped with Jacuzzi. For the catering sector, abundant dishes do not always live up to my expectations, especially in desserts. In my opinion a little expensive.

A nice hotel, very quiet, clean room. I couldn't eat at the restaurant because I had the dog. Very friendly staff, they even served me breakfast outside because of the dog but it was very pleasant. Stay in Fabriano We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. There is a large shower. The outdoor courtyard gives a welcome space outdoors. There was an amazing cooked to order hot breakfast included. Which gave real value to the booking. It is convenient to walk into the historic city. There is good parking accommodation. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The room was nice and warm in the winter, and very quiet. It's located in the hills, among olive trees, with a nice view on the valley. I stayed here for three nights and couldn't be happier. I stayed on the second floor and my bedroom window opened up to the Basilica. I left the window open all night and a nice breeze flowed in while I looked at an awesome night view of the Basilica in the background. One of the better hotels I stayed in while in Italy. The rooms were modern and clean though small. Location was excellent being right next to the Basilica. The bed was comfortable, however, we had a triple room, and the roll out bed was not flat, so if you sleep on it overnight your blood goes to your head - not a pleasant wake up.
