This is a beautiful B&B, such modern rooms built into an older, lovely building. The owners are terrific and helpful. The breakfast is small, but satisfying. Only negative comment would be the first floor rooms, located right off the small lobby/breakfast area, are quite loud when guests come and go. Request a room on a higher floor.

Excellent stay We stayed at the Villa Raffaello Park for 3 nights. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to Assisi.

Very welcoming from the minute I arrived to every time I left my room and returned. If you’re looking to feel at home, this is the place. Also, if you like dining at smaller restaurants they have a lot of great options within walking distance.

The receptionist was so knowledgeable and kind, he showed us where to go in Assisi during the very limited time we had there. The room didn’t look exactly the same as the photos, but bathroom was very clean which we really liked. Expect a maze-like building and a bit of a walk to get to the 3rd floor using two different elevators. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel, being a 3-star hotel, was very good and the breakfast too, but the location was excellent. They just need to explain the issue of parking and how to leave luggage better. You cannot park where the hotel is located and you have to leave the car in a parking lot that is a 15-minute walk away with ups and downs and the issue of luggage is complicated.

The hotel shower rooms were small and had poor drainage.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and introduced us to the tourist route of the ancient city. It is only a 5-minute walk from the famous church.

Great location near the centre of town and within easy walking of all the major sites. Delicious breakfast buffet served on the veranda with a good selection. Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Family trip in Spoleto and its surroundings. The Charleston Hotel is great to visit these places. From the hotel you can visit Spoleto by walk.

Beautiful and spacious room, we also made use of the garage, the location in the center was convenient, it allowed us to get around the city with the stroller, the treadmills were also nearby and the operators were very kind, it is the second time we have stayed here and not it will be the last.

Peaceful and quiet. Staff were not engaging with us as english speaking guests. Language barrier could be the reason. Otherwise, this feels like a local resort and not a tourist resort which was fine by us.

An amazing location with breathtaking views! We went for a family lunch with our 2-year-old, and it was perfect—plenty of space for our little one to run around freely. A pilgrim walking to Assisi I was walking St Francis Way and stopped at Gubbio. A beautiful small city on the walk to Assisi. The hotel is excellent and the accommodations are superb. Breakfast is also superb. Nothing to complaint about.

Nice quiet hotel even though on the main street of the castle area. Staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the price was a bargain. The room was quite small but there is a common area where we could hang out a couple of times. Parking is by the hour in the nearby area so recommend you get the parking app, which was also useful in other towns.

An elegant hotel in a cute normally quiet town. Staff are friendly, restaurant is good. There's a small pool that's welcome in the summer when the weather can be warm. This place just says Umbria.

It is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.
