Great place and amazing staff! The swimming pool was a lovely plus.

The room was small but clean. We did have small black bugs in the room but I attributed it to having the windows open because it was so hot the fan didn't do anything to bring relief. I wish they had added a fridge but the space is so small there isn't any room for one. The staff was friendly and it was nice being able to enjoy the pool. The seafood was delicious but their menu wasn't very kid friendly...

I highly recommend the hotel which is located in the center of Assisi town. The breakfast is awesome.

Location,location! The hotel is very close to all sights. Carmine and his wife run this hotel and take great care and pride in its upkeep. Breakfast is delicious with Carmine's wife making the daily bread. The hotel is modern and new within ancient travertine construction. We loved our stay here.

We arrived on October 12th, 2025. We had to park a bit far from the hotel due to the March for Peace but once we got there, it was wonderful! The room was modern and very beautiful ! The breakfast was very good! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel !

The hotel is elegantly designed and decorated, very artistic and pleasant. Very clean, the window glass is spotless, making you feel like nothing there and you would walk into it. The staff members are extremely kind and courteous and willing to help.

A fantastic hotel on flat ground in central Assisi. As Assisi is very hilly and I have some knee problems, this hotel was a Godsend to me. Convenient but a bit tired. Convenient for station early check in was helpful,staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.

Booked a one night stay here, does not look great from outside but don’t let that put you off, room on 1st floor, overlooking road and station had a balcony with 2 chairs. Nothing just is very close at the Train station it is mix with some shops so watch well you will see the entrance but i will suggest that the make a big sign board that will help people that are new at the evronment to easily locate the hotel and let them inform people when they are open or closed so that one would feel disappointed hoping to lodge without knowing that they are not working. Place was amazing. The drive from Orvieto is slow narrow roads uphill for 30-45 min. Then full stop……….. the place is an incredible castle with amazing views and surroundings. It was a totally out of the box experience for myself and my two sons travelling g from NZ to the Italian countryside for a family friends wedding. The castle was just stunning. Generous breakfasts included in room changes and the accomodation was adequate for the three of us. Views to die for-an hours drive to Perugia/Assisi and 30 to Orvieto. A really well placed two star hotel about two minute walk from the main area near the square/museum etc. We were there for the jazz festival and it was very hot about 36 degrees. This hotel has small rooms and a small bathroom but it really is all you need. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. There are small balconies for fresh air. Food from the restaurant was good and plentiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Enter a wonderful place at your own risk. The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. Handy position for station. Hotel is opposite station. Very handy. Our train was cancelled due to a strike. So needed somewhere just ti stay the night. We booked around mid day and just walked over intending to leave our luggage but room was ready. So we’re able to use the room.

Property across the road from train station. 50 m to train and bus stop. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Facilities ok. You get what you paid for. Stayed in early December. Heating was turned off at around 9 pm until around 6am. Not a perfect situation. Otherwise happy with stay.

The stay was great, from customer service to quality of life, one of the best breakfast service I ever had, and great common areas and pool to booth. I had to work during my stay and internet connection was on point, never had a drop or issue both from my room and in common areas. Overall, I strongly suggest it and I'll definitely be coming back
