Lovely, quaint stay From the staff at the front desk to the gorgeous, unforgettable view, this hotel is a hidden gem! When you come to Todi, you expect history and age, and the hotel gives you both of those things. We had a private balcony that was exquisite and staff went out of their way to cater to us. Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say ******* didn’t allow them to do it. ******* knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all.

Cozy room in the historic center of Gubbio. Excellent check-in with extremely helpful desk clerk. He directed me to the free parking area. Room had a door onto the rooftop terrace. Bed was hard. I recommend this hotel if you get a good price.

Great location! Room was clean and spacious with a small refrigerator. Very convenient to town. Take the train ride around town. Visit Assisi. If you love heights visit the Basilica of San'Ubaldo. The views are amazing!

Lovely hotel a little out of the way for Perugia

5 min from the highway, 30 min from Assisi, 20 from Perugia center, 10 min from a large shopping mall. The location is perfect if you have a car, the staff was very professional and nice, breakfast was very rich and tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Excellent old style Italian hotel right in the middle of the medieval centre of Gubbio. Parking is an adventure, but once that is sorted you can enjoy Gubbio at you doorstep. The rooms are dates and so is the hotel, but it has character, great friendly staff and perfect location to everything you need for a few days stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff in particular was very friendly. All facilities such as the swimming pool and the sauna are highly recommended. Randomly drove up the mountain to this resort to have dinner. The view was really nice and it was a very quiet and relaxed environment. The food was also enjoyable.

I have been traveling in Tuscany and Umbria for the last 2 weeks. Of all the places I went this hotel alone made a difference in my travel. This is a family owned and run operation and the hospitality was fantastic - they gave attention to every detail and made our stay a life time memory. We had the five course dinner under the pergola and evening skies and it was spectacular. The breakfast was also super. Wish we would of stayed for more than one night. Very nice rooms, with an optimal bathroom, everything clean. Staff very helpful and speaks English, very polite and even nice! Right next to the historic centre, so you can walk everywhere. Offers free parking, albeit a bit weird to get there.

We chose this property mainly for its location to the train station. We used Foligno as a base to visit other locations, and the location is perfect. The breakfast is typical Italy- lots of cakes and pastries. No complaints - I’d recommend the hotel

Very easy parking, very close tobthe city centre

Very nice and affordable hotel in the heart of Foligno. The service is way above the number of stars that it has on the front door. We were treated with white gloves from the get go. Furthermore, we had a problem misplacing the electronic key very late at night and the concierge came all the way where we were having a dinner party to bring a spare… this is the kind of service that you don’t get anymore...

You can count on a restful and comfortable stay at La Terrazza after exploring Assisi or the surrounding region. The staff are always responsive and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. La Terrazza will be our choice to stay when we return here. 

Our stay at Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was perfect for our 4 day visit to Assisi. The hotel is an easy 10-15 walk to town but there is also a bus stop at the hotel with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The accommodations were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Assisi. Would highly recommend Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza to anyone visiting Assisi

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it was awesome! If you need to get into the town of Assisi, there is a bus stop less than 2 minutes from the hotel. If you want to just stay at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and their pool, you can do that too. If you're on a romantic trip, see if they have the spa available for the private session, it's worth it!

This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. Then, we could come back to LaTerrazza for a wonderful swim with fantastic views and peace. The Hotel is very new and a perfect mix of old stone and crisp clean white walls and newly remodeled room. Very quiet place situated in a strategic place for nearby location discovery. Surrounded by green hills we had a nice journey. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with a great view.

A nice tranquil, family oriented hotel/restaurant located on a hillside, Torgiano Italy. Very clean rooms, but a little small, which is typical in southern/central Italy, and a pleasant and courteous staff. Their food is fresh, plentiful and very reasonably priced. I would definitely book another stay here if ever in this area of Italy again.

A wonderful place to relax with your family and small company. You can visit the lounge area with pool and jacuzzi. You can also go cycling in the surroundings.

This hotel has small rooms and a small bathroom but it really is all you need. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. There are small balconies for fresh air. Food from the restaurant was good and plentiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We spent five nights in Hotel Moderno. The best part was the people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on towns to visit and bus stop locations.
