Our room needed some modernizing. The curtains, lighting and bedding were quite dated and in the case of the curtains, they were yellowed, had some holes, and seemed to be missing a panel... It did not cover the whole window. (We were only there for one night so it was not a problem for us.) The bathroom by comparison was very modern! All in all very quiet and all the staff were helpful and lovely...

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The location was close enough to be near the city without being stuck in the congestion of the city. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options.

Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, restaurant and very nice staff. Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! Lovely, quaint stay From the staff at the front desk to the gorgeous, unforgettable view, this hotel is a hidden gem! When you come to Todi, you expect history and age, and the hotel gives you both of those things. We had a private balcony that was exquisite and staff went out of their way to cater to us. We would definitely stay again.

Picturesque location in beautiful Italian village.

The hotel is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. Its location is very close to the Folklore and the old town of Orvieto. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, especially Maria. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend it.🥰🥰

It's a good hotel for short stays. The gentleman that runs this place is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The general info about the hotel says that it has a restaurant in site which isn't true, since it was closed.

Good location, 10 to 15 minute walk from train station and the funicular and has a good view of the hilltop city of Orvieto from below. The included breakfast was fine.

What a wonderful stay in the amazing Assisi. Hotel Minerva met and exceeded all my expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included) and lunch were both delicious! Well located and easy to get to. I walked everywhere in the old town and this was centrally located.

Lovely hotel a little out of the way for Perugia

5 min from the highway, 30 min from Assisi, 20 from Perugia center, 10 min from a large shopping mall. The location is perfect if you have a car, the staff was very professional and nice, breakfast was very rich and tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend

A very unique house in the rural tranquil environm I love to stay in this house. It is located at the hill top surrounded by trees and rural areas. Nice central hotel Centrally located hotel with various quality rooms. The single room was modest with a tiny bathroom but nevertheless fine for a single night. Breakfast typically Italian with lots of sweet pastries. Minimal fruit. Nice outdoor space and noticed large indoor play area for children.

Position was great, just outside the city centre. Free parking really close to the hotel also simplified the short stay. Staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips.

The grounds are so large that it feels like a private resort. The view of Assisi from the garden is the highlight of this accommodation. The rooms are of a reasonable standard. The owner is kind and nice. I visited in the winter, but I would like to visit again in the summer to experience the pool and restaurant. It is located at the entrance of Assisi Village.

This place is not for everybody. It is pure beauty, despite the fact that it needs some renewals, it is fascinating to be in the middle of history. Here, room42 has a magic place: lovers and famous couples have been here. I adored the place, it’s a pity they don’t serve the aperitivo with a view anymore. Please, do it again!

We had a wedding of 60 people and had the most amazing time. Rosella and Andreina were extremely organized and accommodating. This place is truly magical; you get the feeling that you‘ve gone back in time. We stayed overnight in the fortress and the rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. If you are in Orvieto it is worth a trip for the views alone.

Hotel caters for one night coach tours. Who leave early so get up earlier. No sound proofing between rooms and we could hear every word spoken plus their phone alarm woke us up at 6am!!! we liked the property of this hotel. we felt that we were in a country side. we couldn't lower the air conditioning as it was 24 degres. we are used to have it at 20 degres.

The hotel was easy to find and only a short way from the walled city of Assisi, where parking is available so you can walk around easily. This is a unique property in the middle of a National Park. Yes the road leading up to it is winding and narrow and rutted but again it is in the middle of nowhere and we have driven roads like this all over Italy to get to beautiful places. A place tucked away from the center of Assisi. The sign makes it unclear whether it's a hotel, a B&B, or a boutique hotel. The building hasn't been modernized, with a late 1960s/early 1970s style. The rooms are small and cramped. The breakfast is decent. The price is fair considering the structure.

The property is a bit dated, but very well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is superb, plentiful, and fabulous. It's easy to get to, with convenient private parking, and well-connected to Orvieto, just a few kilometers away.

The hotel is a little dated, with small rooms and worn furnishings, but overall it's convenient for visiting Orvieto, especially if you have a car. The hotel has a large parking lot and is five minutes from the Campo della Fiera multi-story parking garage, where escalators and moving walkways quickly take you to the historic center.

It's not in the city of Orvieto, but in a hamlet outside of Orvieto: Sferracavallo, about 2 km from Orvieto city center. Family of 4, we passed through Ovietto. This hotel was perfect for us, the value for money is great, we checked in late and left in the morning. The rooms were clean, air conditioning worked, rooms were clean, and breakfast was right to the point with really tasty Croissants. We got everything we needed.

The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. Charming location in old Perugia Lovely old hotel in the old part of Perugia. Loads of character and charm. Not great if you have a car as you can't drive to the hotel door and the parking is a 15-minute walk away! Its doable if there are 2 or more of you but not convenient.

So happy we chose this Hotel. Location is perfect to see Perugia. Sadly we only had one night at Hotel Fortuna.
