The hotel service is great and all the staff are very polite!
However, most employees have limited English and need to use google translate for communication.
Providing breakfast, lunch and dinner are very rich and satisfied!
The best location of the hotel is the self-drive tour!

The food was very good. After booking the room, I specifically asked Ctrip to confirm whether it was a private hot spring and whether it was a direct-flow spring, and it was. However, the next day I found that the water temperature was unusually high, and I had to add cold water. Also, the water was not clean, with flocculent floating matter, which was clearly not a natural hot spring substance. If you don't want circulating water, just give up on this option, after all, this price is for non-circulating water.

This was my first stay at this hot spring hotel, and it was a delightful surprise. The food and ambiance were top-notch, and there were 14 individual hot springs of varying sizes. The service was excellent, the place was clean and tidy, and it faced the sea.

The room was well-equipped, and the TV had Netflix.

During my stay at Atami Ryokan, there was a fireworks display, and the hotel provided a shuttle bus directly to the fireworks show – it was absolutely wonderful.

We visited as a family of three. We checked in at 2pm and each family member thoroughly enjoyed their private open-air bath. It was great to be able to use all 11 baths and 3 saunas for private use! We were lucky that it was empty as we were staying for one night from Sunday. We couldn't try everything, but we would like to return with the aim of trying them all. There is also an open-air bath in the room, so it is easy to use even with small children. Both the dinner and breakfast were mainly fish and were very delicious.

We stayed here as a couple on our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with "Congratulations" and were moved by the warm welcome! There was a room available and a cheap plan at the time of booking, so we booked a triple bed room, but they put a large bead cushion on the third bed, so we rolled around on that bed except when we were sleeping. We were happy with their thoughtfulness! And the main reason we chose this inn was the private open-air bath, which was really great to be able to relax while looking at the sea without worrying about being seen by others! We had looked at other inns because we wanted to try an infinity bath once, but we chose this one, which has a wide variety of options and a unique charm that you can use the open-air observation bath 24 hours a day if it is available, and it has good reviews, so we were right! The large public bath in the separate building was so spacious that we wondered if it was really okay to reserve it, and there were multiple washing areas, so it would be convenient for families. We took the observation bath as soon as we arrived, the large public bath after dinner, and the observation bath before sunrise the next day, and soaked in the hot spring while watching the sunrise over the sea. I was able to spend a luxurious time and heal my daily fatigue. I also took a lot of great photos! The food was also very delicious. The dinner was mainly fish, and there were 10 dishes such as a boat platter with spiny lobster and boiled red snapper for dinner. I could choose one more dish with my menu plan, so I chose beef teppanyaki. The meat was fatty and went great with wasabi! The sashimi was fresh and plump, and the other dishes were seasoned to go well with alcohol! For breakfast, the horse mackerel filleted fresh on the table was especially delicious. I was impressed that it was so plump and juicy even though it was dried fish! When I paid, I was given a flyer for the nearby herb and rose garden ACAOFOREST, which is popular with young people and I should definitely go there. After checking out, I headed there, and there were many photo spots and the scenery was great, so it was a very good memory! I would definitely like to stay here again!

It was an amazing stay in this traditional Japanese hotel. We traveled there by public transportation from Tokyo. Hotel was clean and comfy. Front desk was excellent with translating device, no language barrier. Our package was one night with breakfast plus seafood dinner. Dinner was very impressive and ever had such wonderful service and taste. Regret to stay one night only!

On the second day of our trip to Atami with my daughter, we returned to Atami Port from an outlying island. Booked a room with an outdoor hot spring. The room is very beautiful, with a Western-style double bed and a Japanese-style dining table with exquisite pastries. There is an open-air hot spring bath on the balcony, which is very Japanese classic. It was almost dusk when we arrived at the hotel. The uncle who greeted me at the door was very enthusiastic and helped me carry my luggage. The aunt at reception was also very enthusiastic and thorough and amiable. Dinner is a very grand Japanese set meal, with fresh and delicious ingredients! Breakfast is also Japanese-style set meals, which are nutritious and delicious. There are also beautiful ice cream🍧sweets, which are very delicious. Although there is an open-air hot spring in the room, the reception aunt still introduced the Fengya Hot Spring Bar on the top floor. On a hot summer night, soaking in the hot spring in the open air is very relaxing and relieves the fatigue of the day's journey! The next day the hotel uncle's car was delivered to "Izu Saga" station. A high-quality resting place during the trip, I will come again next time✌️
