The price is cheap, and it's barely okay for a solo traveler. It's like a hostel but has private bathrooms, and you can borrow manga. It's a good place to stay if you're traveling alone or as a couple in Okinawa.

It’s a convenient hotel not expensive and the room even small has everything needed. Only downside for me was the bed not comfortable. But there was no noise, and free beverages and snacks downstairs.

If you enjoy walking, this location is absolutely fantastic! Most nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance, and it was great that the bus stop and Sapporo Station were also close by. I came here four times and I've changed my rooms twice, it's because I have sleeping problems, so if the room faces the road it will be a little noisy for me even in the 6th floor. APA never fails, good quality with a fair price

There is a multi-storey car park right behind it, which is convenient. The person in charge will guide you. The room is a small business hotel with a unit bath The facilities were new and it was enough to rest.

The location is super convenient, and there's even a 24-hour duty-free shop nearby, so late-night shopping is never an issue. We were out early and back late every day, so we didn't even notice the subway train noise. The soundproofing in each room is really excellent; we couldn't hear any noise at all. Everything was pretty good, and it's close to both the subway station and Tsutenkaku Tower. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer in the hotel's public area is a bit old. There's only one elevator, and the hotel only provides disposable toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own comb if you need one. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom.

Nice hotel with a great location. There’s 7-11 within the hotel compound, and if not enough there’s Family Mart and Lawson opposite. There’s also a famous Yonezawa beef restaurant beside the hotel.  Room is spacious and toilet well designed. Love Daiwa properties, highly recommend it.

We went snowboarding at Zao but all accommodations were fully booked. So we decided to stay at yamagata. It’s great that we stayed at Yamagata as there are more restaurants and places to hang around. I stayed one night at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the train station and feels fresh and new. The on-site restaurant serves dinner, and we tried the sukiyaki — it was absolutely delicious and definitely worth a try, even if the price is on the higher side. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily choose this hotel again when visiting Zao.

Great stay for two nights. Excellent location with the bus to Mount Zao right downstairs and a 7-Eleven in the building. The hotel is well maintained, and cleaning is available upon request.

While the overall hygiene was good, the 'living' experience was a bit inconvenient. First, to leave the hotel, you have to go from your room on the third floor up to the lobby on the ninth floor, and then take another elevator down to the first floor. Also, the washing facilities are on the seventh floor, so you have to keep going back and forth.

The quietness is depends on the guests. Personally, I don’t think it’s quiet as one of the guests was very loud when searching for her things. The bed I stayed wasn’t very clean. Luckily I bought my own disposable sheet. The shower rooms are all very nice and big enough.

I arrived the hostel about 3am and still can check in. It’s good that you can check in until 6am. The hostel is clean and very comfortable to stay 10/10. Private locker rooms are pretty big.

I like the location just beside the Miyazaki Station. When it comes to cleanliness I always noticed the toilet bowl doesn’t clean thoroughly.

With its location in front of the station, large rooms, and cleanliness, I think this is a good hotel for a business trip. I didn't get breakfast, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel.

Great hotel with friendly staff and just outside Toyocho station. Amenities were available at the reception. I was here for two nights for work and had a great experience. The staff kept my luggage for a few hours after check out, which was really helpful since I had to finish some work before leaving.

I came to Japan alone for a concert at Tokyo Dome, and this hotel was perfectly located. A regular Tokyo hotel I would say based on size and room amenities, except that its very close to a metro station that is on the same line as the keisei express to the airport. So you can get there in a pretty short amoutn of time from the airport without even taking the skyliner. this to me is a big plus. Otherwise not much to say, there is a familymart and some restaurants that are close by that...

The room was clean and tidy, the stuff is nice. So many metro lines are located near the hotel, so it's so easy to go everywhere in Tokyo from here! Akihabara is within 20-30 minutes walking, Family Mart is next door. Next time I probably will stay here again 👌🏻

Amazing location and service! The level of cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. I've read reviews of guests complaining about the old style forniture, but we personally loved it. Just a short walk from the South exit of the Shinkansen station passing through the drop off point and Hotel Nikko Himeji. There is a 7-11 just opposite the hotel. Staff are nice and courteous. The only minus point is that check out time is 10:00 am which is a bit early as compare to hotels in other countries.

Good service, friendly staff who spoke English really well. They have a hot tub, onsen, on top level. I paid 150 yen to use the onsen and didn’t have to pay the local tax.
