Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking. We went in December and used the Wakayama refresh campaign. We had a nice staycation time and enjoy the playing area for kids, foot bath, karaoke, and onsen.
