Value for money is good, mainly because it's cheap and clean, the room is spacious and staff is friendly. However, the furniture is quite old, the fridge was very noisy, there is no toilet brush and unlike Ise City Hotel they and others there are no bicycles for rent.

I have friends in Ise and this is the hotel I always stay at for their reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, and proximity to the train station. It will be interesting to see how well they continue to do, since many more hotels have been built in the area.

I have been here a few times. It is not a luxury place but it gives you all the comfort you need. It is clean, free WiFi, desk, seat, table and a fridge. Very convenient near Ise-shi station. I will be back.

Its a a very good hotel and in my experience specifically in their restaurants, the kitchen staff were very kind to asked what are your preferences as we were staying with our children. So they were so courteous to have asked what my daughter wants because she was a picky eater. Clean comfortable though it is a little bit far from mishima station

Very nice local stop for non-crowded area! walking distance to all shopping, foods and transportation. The hotspring has limited time which you should pay attention at the beginning.

I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.

This was my first time at a business hotel in Japan, and it was perfect for a business hotel with good value. The staff were friendly, the room was appropriately sized, and the washing machine and vending machine on the fifth floor made for a comfortable stay.

I had booked a non-smoking room and was shown to a room that was definitely a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant (maybe it was originally a smoking room...). I don't think it can be hidden for people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. That was the only disappointing thing.

This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours. The rooms, like most Japanese hotels, are small but have everything you need. The only quirky thing was that there was no charging outlet by the bed. I stayed to WeBase Hiroshima for two nights and I couldn't ask for a better hostel to stay at! the beds and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is super nice, the potion is perfect for seeing all of Hiroshima without need to take any bus or else, I'd choose it again if I ever find myself in Hiroshima again.

This is my second time staying at Super Hotel. The rooms are spacious, but the facilities are old. The quilt is also dirty because I didn't touch it directly. Great location in Nakasu. In the sleeping capsule, I recommend installing a small table beside the bed to put small stuff, otherwise there’s no space to put stuff except on the bed. Also the motion-sensing washroom faucet was very annoying that it keeps turning on and off when I’m using it. I wish it’s less sensitive that the water can keep running when I’m using it.

I stayed at the same hotel for two nights. The double room was too noisy, so I switched to a single room. The single room wasn't facing the train station, so I barely heard the trains passing by, which was a relief. However, there were no disposable slippers in the room.

My main purpose for this trip was to see the Tsuiki Air Show, so I casually booked this hotel next to the JR station. It was very convenient for getting around, the room had good soundproofing, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful. I was very satisfied.

Check in must be exactly after 3pm, not even a minute early. Everything is transactional and impersonal such as not responsible for your luggage left at hotel after checked out. Although human receptionists are there but only direct guests to use machines to check in and out

It was great to have such a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, there were no amenities, so you need to bring your own. The plug in the bathtub was broken, so the water drained out, and the sink stopper was also broken. But it was quiet, which was nice.

Parking is 500 yen per day, laundry is 200 yen per hour for the washing machine, and 300 yen per hour for the dryer. There is a place to hang clothes where the heater air comes out, so you can stay dry. The location is the best for drinking.

Walkable to Hirosaki Castle. The surrounding places close very early. If walk from JR Hirosaki Station, can be quite far. There are buses to take but not very convenient if have heavy luggages to bring. Hotel staff very helpful. Room seems a bit old.

Near tourist attractions, direct train avail and many food options

I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. The hot water in the shower didn't come out at night. It was restored at 11:30 PM and was announced over the in-house announcement. I was woken up by the announcement and couldn't sleep after that. The room was clean.

It's basically a business hotel that only accommodates singles. It's located behind the large music hall, iichiko Grand Theatre, so I stayed here when my favourite artist was there for a live performance. It's close to the city centre and the entertainment district (Miyakomachi), so I think it's easily accessible. It appears the owner has changed, and I found my stay more comfortable than last time...

I stayed alone for work. The hotel itself was old, but not dirty. I was only there for the night, so I didn't have any complaints. It seems they don't serve breakfast. There may have been one at the front desk, but there was no hair dryer. There was no refrigerator, and the amenities were not very well-equipped.

5 stars for friendly personnel, and a nice check-in gifts. And 3 stars due to the fact that you have to give away your key to reception staff when exit the hotel, also because the hotel is strictly closed from 1 am at night till morning without letting tenants inside. Overall, fine price for its value in a good location.

This hotel is very old and not friendly at all. There is a curfew between 1am and 6am. And they make a lot of noise in the hallways every morning. My check-out was due at 10am and they called me 5 times starting at 9.30am while I was showering, that’s very rude. Also they threatened to make me pay a supplement if I was not out by 10.15am. Breakfast is supposedly open until 10am but I arrived at 9....

Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?) Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well. This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. Also, the bath is also fantastic, although it may be a bit small for westerners.
