Osaka, 2-chome-8-12 Haginochaya Nishinari-ku 🧭 Map
The room was nice, enough space to open luggage etc, come with 1 type c and 1 usb plug. 2 bathroom and 2 toilet on my floor for female, the washer and dryer is available at lv1. The bathroom got a little messy on 2 of those night i stayed, prolly because the other ppl stayed there didn't throw papers nicely. It was not cleaned for a night or 2.
Tho hotel was not bad, but the location is slightly unsafe...
It was clean and quiet, the location tho we felt scared at first but eventually get to adjust the following day
the room itself is a bit small but I think it's nice, esp for a solo traveller. it's new and has a window as well, with TV and a small comfy armchair. for the price I paid, no complaint. heard a lot about the area but I think it's okay. there are homeless people, yes, but you're right in the proximity of a police station if you feel unsafe. and I think it's a pretty safe area, and much much nicer than...
It was an enjoyable stay. though the room was small, however, whatever needed to be, was available. checked in and out was smooth. will book again
The room was quite clean. Check-in was a bit of a hassle; I had to fill out a bunch of information and upload photos. The door doesn't require a key, but you have to remember a password, which can be a bit inconvenient if you forget it. There's a small garden on the first floor, but unfortunately, there are many homeless people outside the hotel.
Clean and cozy, toilet is inside, shower is outside. Room is a bit small, but it was mentioned in the description. Many people are at the desk to help with self check in. Common area with sink and microwave downstairs. Nothing to complain about.

Hitachinaka, 945-11 Ichige, Hitachinaka-shi 🧭 Map
It may be unavoidable because it's summer, but the bath temperature in the large public bath was a little low.
I stayed for four nights, and the breakfast menu was different every day so I never got bored. The bread was especially delicious.
There was also a large public bath, so I was able to stay comfortably. I go to Ibaraki frequently, so I think I'll use this hotel from now on.
I requested a non-smoking room, but only smoking rooms were available. I was bothered by the smell, but after spraying deodorizer throughout the room, it was no problem.
I stayed for three nights, and the breakfast buffet selection was varied and satisfying.
In the large public bath, the shampoo in the washing area I used had run out.
The female staff at the front desk was smiling and friendly. The facilities were clean and the bath was small but adequate. The room was comfortable. I appreciate the free coffee served next to the front desk, but I would like it to be a little more delicious. The breakfast was substantial, but I would like the rice to be a little more delicious.
The reviews were good. (Appropriate voices from staff, measures against corona, etc.)
Personally, the hard mattress on the bed and the comforter (duvet? Light and warm) were great, so I had a good night's sleep!
Also, I thought it was very nice to have a coin laundry in the large public bath. Washing machine 200 yen, dryer 100 yen
The public bath also has a password, so I felt safe.
Speaking of greed...

Overall the hotel was just what we expected. It was clean. It was small but good for the value. The neighborhood was nice. It felt local with lots of great restaurants around.
Good but expensive. Everything is good, daytime reception very kindness but nigt reception very rude person. He didn't help any. One problem is adapter. In picture i show
A hotel in Ekoda that's almost perfect for solo travelers, aside from the building being a bit old. It has everything you need.
Very near a convenience store, restaurants, supermarket. Accessible to train stations as well.
One of my fevorite budget hotel in Japan. Good price with full equipmemts and staffs are amazing.
Not within your typical central core region of Tokyo but that means its nested with more local neighbourhood. Great location for me, good escape from the city life.
That said, hotel is located walking distance from 2 train stations on different lines so fairly convenient to get around!
Hotel staff are easy going, yet professional!
Definitely consider staying there again!

Tokyo, 2-4-1 Naka-cho 🧭 Map
I stayed for several nights, but it was a very ordinary business hotel. The breakfast was quite expensive, even for Tokyo.
Even though it's an economy hotel, it's incredibly well-equipped! They have everything you could possibly need. The staff are also great! Definitely recommend it! The only downside is the air conditioning isn't very cold, but that's a common issue in Japanese hotels.
The hotel was very clean and my kids loved it so much they wanted to extend our check-out to stay longer! Breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, which made everyone very happy. The hotel itself was very quiet 🤫
The room was a bit small; it's fine for two people, but a bit cramped for two adults and one child. Everything else was great. The hotel location is quite convenient, and the staff are very enthusiastic.
The room is relatively small, and we need to spread out our suitcases at the door, but the staff is very friendly and patiently waited for us to communicate in Japanese using a translator. When we checked out, they took the initiative to ask us if we needed to store our luggage. Thank you very much☺
The room is decent. The breakfast is rich. There are several small restaurants around. It is quite convenient.

I understand that the hotel’s breakfast hours are from 6:30 am to 9:00 am, and we arrived at 9:02 am, slightly late as we were packing our luggage and preparing to check out. By then, the kitchen staff were already putting away the food and preparing to close the breakfast area. I quickly took a bowl of soup from what was still available. However, one of the kitchen staff members looked at me and rolled...
I have stayed many times, but for the first time I knew the room could be so spacious, and looking back at the fire escape picture, it turned out to be the largest room on the entire floor. Being a member, booked directly on the hotel website but showed only 1 room left, because traveling with friends needed 2 rooms, did not expect to even be able to book 2 rooms on Trip.Com.
It was clean and nice. It's close to the station and convenient for transportation.
Toyoko-inn is always my prefer choice of hotel when visit Japan. It’s good location, cleanliness, facilities & free breakfast lol.
This time, it also did not fail me. Will book again if I to visit ASAHIKAWA next time.
Standard Toyoko Inn. A little worn but clean. Easy to use with signage in English.
Great, great, great, great. This hotel is really good. My friend and I stayed at this hotel. The price of this hotel is very cheap in Japan. It is also close to JR. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is free. In Japan, it is an absolute advantage. There is a lot of snow near the hotel, but because it is close to the city center, it is cleaned up in time.

Beppu, 2-12-21 Kitahama 🧭 Map
Large comfortable clean room. I loved the rooftop onsen. The breakfast and dinner were good, not 5*, but certainly you can find some nice food to fill you up. The only thing I really didn't like was there was no WiFi anywhere except the lobby, and there is nowhere comfortable to sit in there. WiFi is a basic requirement nowadays.
I liked the hotel. Very good selection for breakfast and dinner, convenient onsens, amenities of good quality and wide selection of shampoos, face cleansers, creams, etc. I liked infinity bath on the 7th floor, but due to the strong wind I could enjoy it for long time. However sunset and full moon were do beautiful and bath was comfortably hot.
There are table tennis, billiard, massage chairs and...
Room with very good view. Very nice onsen, both indoor and rooftop.
Good value waterfront hotel. It's a bit dated and it could use a majority renovation, but it's fairly clean. Good service, and very good dinner and breakfast . The city view was not worth it. I would pay the extra and book the oceanview.
Room and onsen were good - clean, spacious, lovely view and not crowded. The food for breakfast and dinner average, not Wow type and same menu for our 2 night stay. A big mall nearby but close early 10am to 7pm. The hotel is popular with Japanese, ********* and Koreans but luckily the onsen though only one each indoor and outdoor, was not crowded so can go several time in a day and good amenities provided...
The ryokan style room is very spacious with beautiful sea view. We loved the indoor & outdoor onsen. Good spread at the buffet dinner and breakfast. A very relaxing stay! There is also a DONKI nearby the hotel.

Yokkaichi, 7-11 Hamadacho 🧭 Map
affordable and clean. they have smoking and non smoking rooms.
It's a five-minute walk from Kintetsu Yokkaichi, no free breakfast, and the room is old: I'm still using the key🔑.
Facilities: Although the facilities are old, they are well maintained and clean.
Transportation: It is a few minutes walk from the station. The station, Kintetsu Department Store and shopping street are all together. It is recommended to stay.
Service: Excellent Japanese reception service.
Linen: The bedding is a bit scratchy on the skin, it is recommended to change it.
The location is convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Yokkaichi Station. There are not many parking spaces in the hotel, but there is a parking lot opposite for 24 hours for 700 yen. It is more peaceful than parking in the hotel.
The room is not nice but the design is old. The toilet has a slight drainage smell
Hotel staff and service are very good. Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby...
The inside of the hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The breakfast was healthy and I was able to get refills of barley rice and pork soup.
Relatively old, but kept clean as much as possible. Suitable for domestic travelers. But also recommended to foreigners who familiared with Japanese style business hotels.

Okayama, 1-1-13 Marunouchi 🧭 Map
It's very close to Okayama Castle, but the self check-in process was a bit cumbersome. The soundproofing in the room could also be improved. What was truly unacceptable was the room's cleanliness; there was a significant amount of hair on both the bed and the floor, making it feel like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time.
The hotel was very clean and pleasant to stay in. There are also a laundry room which was cheap. We had a nice stay there.
The hotel's front desk staff had a good service attitude, and it's very close to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. However, during my stay, the air conditioning was under maintenance. Every time I manually turned on the heat, it would automatically shut off after about a minute, requiring me to manually restart it again. This led to me waking up cold in the morning. 😢

A little far away from the station but you have a tram stop really close. Comfortable beds, small bathroom, rooms bigger than average japanese rooms and a Lawson in the front building.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and the service was good. They offered free curry rice in the evening, which was a great deal. The breakfast was also pretty good. It's a pity there was no large public bath.

Even though the facilities are basic, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and had an excellent attitude. They went out of their way to help us with parking, translating and communicating, which was really heartwarming. The tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) at breakfast was delicious too!

I am satisfied with everything about this hotel.
The breakfast is especially great.
I will definitely come back again if I go on a business trip to Ota City.

I was surprised to find a few things missing from this brand new hotel. First, there was no wifi signal in my room. They said they’re working on improving the signal, but they couldn’t give me any concrete details about when they might be finished. Second, there was no waste bin in the bathroom. Niigata, 1-8-10, Minamisasaguchi, Chuo-Ku 🧭 Map
The price is not cheap. From the perspective of the hotel's internal infrastructure, room cleaning and hygiene, the cost performance is average. I slept by the window and could even feel the draft from the window. The horns of vehicles sounded like they were right next to my ears.
The location is convenient, close to the station, within a 5-6 minute walk. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and I didn't mind the oldness. Amenities were generously provided, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast is charged, but it was good value for money and more than enough. Although it's not something I would give a negative rating for, the alarm clock in the room was not working
It's a short walk from the south exit of the station. There is a convenience store very close by.
There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast.
The large public bath and sauna were great. The massage machine was excellent and free to use. Unfortunately the bathroom drainage was poor and the water flowed back onto the toilet floor.
Location was good, but room was not so clean
Let's not talk about anything else, just the 900JPY/meal breakfast buffet must be praised, and there is also a free book bar, massage and tea break, as well as blood pressure measurement, and a large bathroom for alternating use. The price is basically around 300CNY/in the off-season. It is also close to drug stores and Niigata Station. Where can you find such a cost-effective hotel~ It's only 2km...

Great location and easy access to Osaka metro. You can choose to walk to Shinsaibashi. Clean room and this hotel actually has a hot bath at level 10 🥰
The hotel's interior design and decor are excellent, and the staff are very hospitable. However, the location leaves much to be desired – it's right next to a busy road. Proper soundproofing should be a basic requirement for any hotel, but the windows seem too thin. Very convenient and comfortable. Will choose this hotel again if go to Osaka in the future.
I really love the place. It is close to Dontonbori, shopping area and restaurants. The place is clean and the staff are so beautiful and friendly. They were quite helpful and so nice. The hotel have their own cafe so the food and drinks taste wonderful.
Booked the compact single and realised the only shower option is the PUBLIC BATHH!!! I thought there will be cubicle shower rooms like typical hostels but nope and i ended up wasting my stay there and used the room for belonging keeping. Supportive staff, Large storage locker, calm environment.
The overall environment is excellent and very clean, and the front desk service is great. The functional areas are well-defined. It would be even better if there was a public lounge or dining area.
Trip.com is really starting to penalize loyal customers. I booked a room with breakfast for 447, and right after I confirmed the order, it dropped to 212, also with breakfast. The instant price drop after booking was already quite annoying. After checking in, the 'breakfast included' turned out to be a Starbucks card worth 1000 JPY. I asked the front desk where I could use it, and they said 'on the...

The property had all the amenities you'd need, and it was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the station. The train noise wasn't a problem. The room smelled a bit moldy, probably due to the air conditioning, and it felt quite humid. It was cheap, so I'm happy with it.
Based on my past experiences with hotels in Shin-Imamiya, I had zero expectations, but it was better than I expected. The front desk staff were very polite, and the entrance was clean.
It wasn't raining, so I didn't need one, but they apparently offered umbrella rentals.
The lobby also had tables and chairs that looked like they could be used for business, a microwave, a gas stove, vending machines...
The man at the front desk is so rude! He talks to me like a regular customer and says I'm disgusting. I don't understand what he means! He talks to foreigners in a harsher tone and is rude.
The location is pretty good, right next to the subway station. The price is very cheap, making it great value for solo travelers. However, cleaning isn't done proactively; you need to contact the front desk before 10 AM. The surrounding area is a bit chaotic, with an izakaya (Japanese pub) street nearby; I suggest avoiding that street.
I booked a basic room and good enough for an overnight stay. There’s a free toiletries provided by the hotel. Location is close to a metro, surrounded with small restaurant and convenience store. There’s also a big Don Quijote that’s walking distance from the hotel.
The room is small but well-equipped. Even a 28-inch suitcase can be perfectly unfolded, and there is enough space!
The hotel is in a very good location, very close to JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Metro Zoo Station. There is also a Don Quijote flagship store nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The counter staff is also very friendly. It is definitely the first choice for accommodation

The hotel's location is convenient.
It's pretty good; I've stayed here many times. It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Every time I come here, I stay at this hotel. The only thing is that the decor is a bit old, and I hope they can renovate it soon.
Dirty ahh place. Staff was helpful, but that's the only good thing to be said about this hotel. Everything is old, outdated and dirty. Breakfast is abysmal, you will get tea, coffee, hard boiled eggs and a toast with gem/butter. That's all. Can't call it a breakfast really. They have only one washing and drying machine for 8 floor hotel. People are saying price is good, but I stayed at far better hotels...
It is conveniently located near Namba Station in Osaka. The place is clean and tidy, and although the space is a little small, it was comfortable enough for us as a couple. The building feels a bit old, but overall the price is fair for what it offers.
Very old dated hotel. Mould in the bathroom and vents in the bedroom. Location is very good but only recommend staying here for 1 night
This hotel is located in a good central location. Not too far from dotonbori and denden town. Very close to both 24hr convenience store and Don Qijote store. The free breakfast is also a great deal that will help you save. Could use some new carpet but otherwise, no complaints.

There was no problem except for the towel fee for consecutive nights.
It's close to the station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

There's a Lawson convenience store across the street from the hotel, and it's very close to Suizenji Park. The hotel facilities are a bit old.
The front desk provided very detailed instructions, the room was spacious, and the WiFi speed was quite good.
I stayed here for 2 nights on a sudden trip back home. Transportation was convenient and it was very helpful.
