Love the food at the restaurant in the morning. It was delicious!

The hotel facilities are outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The night manager said it was because guests come from all over the world, so there were lingering body odors and perfume smells in the rooms. If you book this hotel, request a room on floors 8-10 as they have been renovated.

Hilton never really dissapoint, room are clean and spacious, gym as well, breakfast taste well. Wish i knew online the hours for bus navette from airport but otherwise all good.

There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel lobby. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, and it's a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the seaside. There's also a Ferris wheel and an amusement park right next door.

Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants. I checked out from candeo wakayama amd checked into candeo namba. Similarity.. the rooms were huge. Buttt the cleaning wasnt good! There were stains on the sofa. Housekeeping wasnt thorough. Somedays dirty towels that were put aside wasnt picked up. Even rubbish was not cleared! What a difference when compared with my previous stay.

The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and had everything I needed. The large public bath on the top floor has two big pools, one indoor and one outdoor. After a long day of walking, my legs were shot, so a soak in the evening felt absolutely amazing.

The main draw is really the convenient location. Other than that, it feels pretty standard for the price. Given the location and price point, there's nothing bad to say. Luggage storage was easy, and the air conditioning worked great.

On a weekday, we went to Universal Studios in the afternoon, entering after 3 PM (bought tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at a nearby Lawson convenience store for 780 RMB). The next morning, we took a boat from a nearby pier (400+ RMB for 2 adults and 2 children, bought on-site, and you can book the aquarium for the morning).

Extremely convenient location, just south of Kyoto Station. Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The lobby bar on the hotel's ground floor is even cozier than a cafe; I stayed for five days and started every day of my trip with a coffee there. The hotel's facilities and service are impeccable. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Kyoto.
