This is my second stay at Hotel Metropolitan Marunochi. Great location literally steps from Tokyo Station, great central location for all Tokyo sights and restaurants at the station and via the extensive rail network. Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and quiet with good soundproofing.

I chose Marunouchi because I had to catch an early Shinkansen the next morning. Being right by the subway and Shinkansen entrance was a huge time-saver! It's also super convenient for shopping and dining within walking distance. The room, while small, was incredibly clean, and the amenity kit even included a cleanser and skincare set. The front desk staff were also very nice.

I really like this hotel's location, ambiance, and style. This is my second time staying here, and although I encountered a minor issue, thankfully Ctrip helped resolve it. The hotel is conveniently located right at the Tokyo Station entrance. The facilities are excellent, the amenities are high-end, and the view is great. I love it!

Have stayed a couple of times now and each time staff are lovely and very helpful with any requests. Location is convenient for taking Shinkansen but harder for some of the local subways as Tokyo station can be a bit of a maze. Rooms are a good size with a nice sized bathroom and bath too! This is my third time staying at this hotel. The first time was 10 years ago, so naturally, the hotel is quite old. With a constant stream of tourists, the facilities aren't new either. However, Japanese hotels generally maintain their properties quite well. The location is excellent, right outside the JR station. The hotel also sends an email in advance for online check-in. The room is new, and the window view is great; you can even see the queue situation.

Lovely place. Value for money. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable. Location is 8 minutes walk from the train station but you’ll have to use the underpass if you’re bringing a large luggage. Great service, big comfy beds and very clean room. Separate bathroom and toilet. The only thing I can pick on is the room design that puts the washing basin outside as it takes away quite some usable space for the luggage when the room itself is quite spacious. We had two 55-65cm suitcases but still struggled slightly to get space for both.

It's genuinely very close to Kinshicho Station. The room was a bit small, but having a 7-Eleven downstairs was convenient for buying things. The hotel has a large public bath, which was nice for a soak. The front desk staff were very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

This is my third time booking here, and the location is unbeatable! It's so convenient to get anywhere. The drugstore downstairs even has some items that feel cheaper than Don Quijote! You can pop down and compare for yourselves.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just across a small street from an elevator entrance to Higobashi Subway Station, making subway travel incredibly convenient. This is a great hotel. Check-in, getting around, and check-out are all very convenient. The hotel has excellent facilities, consistently good as always. However, be aware that the subway line going towards Umeda leads to Nishi-Umeda, which is still quite a distance from Umeda Station itself. The room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's underground passage. On the first day, I couldn't find the passage, but walking along the main road from the South Exit works just as well, and it was a pleasant walk. The room was clean and not too small, which I was happy with.

Whenever we go to Japan Tokyo we always stay at Washington shinjuku hotel always a pleasant stay and the staff is nice. Japan rooms are typically small so manage expectations but for cleanliness and accessibility to a lot of places with a lot of restaurants at the hotel itself

Strange odour in the room upon entering. Fortunately they provide an air purifier, air freshener spray and fan, but it still took about 2 days to rid the smell. The room is small, barely enough for putting your luggage and walking space. Room is just basic, so don't expect too much. But location is good, located on one of the stops for airport shuttle. And tube station is walking distance

Rooms is abit old. But location going to airport is good. Not much food to look forward near hotel except convenient shops. Plus point is the breakfast.

But ammenities are very limited such as no pillow choice and suggests to put towel under them.  The assigned room is close to main road and very noise throughout the whole night. This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Every time I leave Osaka, I make sure to book my last night here. They consistently reserve the same room for us, which is a nice touch. We stayed for six days and five nights this time. The breakfast selection remains fantastic every day. We didn't request housekeeping during our stay, only fresh towels daily. All in all, it's a hotel I'd happily return...

Both the service and the structure could be improved, with more attention to cleaning (especially for dust). During breakfast the staff was very rude to us, to the point of not even returning our greeting. I wouldn’t go back.

Excellent location in Hakodate, all walking distances from major attractions - red brick share houses, the churches and government houses, morning market etc. Breakfast spread was excellent and the sashimi seafood for chirashi bowls are fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that reception staff can learn to speak some English especially when the hotel is full of tourists from various countries...

The hotel is not far from the station, about an 8-9 minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service to the station. The breakfast was incredibly lavish, with everything you could possibly want. From various vantage points, including the restaurant and hot springs, you can see Mount Hakodate.

The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's an ideal location, very convenient for getting to Mount Hakodate and the train station. There were always taxis waiting right outside the door.

Just a two or three-minute walk from the Yurikamome Line's Shijo-mae Station, this hotel feels a cut above your average JAL City property. The hotel is located right inside American Village, a very lively and convenient area. It sits by the sea, so you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view while having breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, the environment is comfortable, and the service is excellent. It’s a highly recommended hotel.

The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time. I had the BEST massage right in my room at a very reasonable price. The Breakfast is among the Best I've had across the world. See pictures below.

The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is really convenient. There's even a Lawson convenience store connected downstairs. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good. Highly recommend!

Convenient stop at NRT for a quick sleep before heading to your final destination. Very good breakfast, some rooms very small, ask for a room facing the airport, those rooms are significantly bigger. Bathtub a plus. Onsite gym, scale to weigh luggage, convenience shop for snacks, comfortable lobby, overall not bad for the price point. I stop there regularly when flying from China to california.

Decent, but an older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities. However, being a member and getting a late check-out until 2 PM is very convenient. They also offer a shuttle to the airport and a free shuttle to the shopping mall. The shuttle has pick-up points at both T1 and T2, which is where most hotels stop anyway.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for our departure. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with no strange odors. It was quiet and comfortable – I was very satisfied. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.

There's a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was super convenient since my flight was delayed by over 10 hours. That's why I picked the Crowne Plaza. It was reasonably priced and the room was quite spacious compared to other hotels.

The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at. The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The service attitude is good, but the areas where the ice machines and beverage cabinets are located on each floor need daily cleaning.

The room wasn't huge, but it was pretty standard for a Japanese-style room, and we were comfortable in the triple room they assigned us. The location is fantastic – quiet but still central. It's not far from Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Within a kilometer, you have access to five subway lines: the Namboku, Marunouchi, Ginza, Hanzomon, and Yurakucho lines, making getting around incredibly convenient

I stayed here for three nights and it was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel isn't too far from the metro station, about a 10-minute walk. There's a laundry room, and a convenience store right across the street, which is quite handy. Plus, there are plenty of coffee shops nearby for breakfast, which is a big plus!

Room was big and can fitted with our big luggages but it was not renovated in to the modern style yet, and onsen was very crowded and not privacy after 9-10 pm.

Our trip to Huis Ten Bosch was compounded a hundred fold by staying at Hotel Okura Jr. The place is awesome and has a boat ride exclusive for hotel guests. The room is spacious and the breakfast is amazing! Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Huis Ten Bosch Nagasaki!

hotel is really huge and very nice, room is big and lots space for luggage and iranreally clean. the service from the staff is top notch as they even anticipated the service i require during the check in and key pick up. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
