Best location ever. It is connected directly to the JR station and no need to carry luggage and walk outside. The room is tidy and comfortable. Worthy the price.

The hotel is super convenient, directly accessible from the JR train station via an underground passage. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the transportation is excellent.

The location is excellent, right across from the south exit. If you're familiar with the area, you can use the underground passage, which is especially convenient during heavy snowfall in Hokkaido. The room is quite small but has everything you need, and the cleanliness is good. I really enjoyed the breakfast ambiance, especially sitting by the window watching the snow fall outside—it was incredibly therapeutic.

This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the JR station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the service is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone. If I go to Sapporo again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

Excellent! The free luggage storage is a lifesaver, and the convenient location makes it easy to get anywhere quickly, especially for shopping.

The hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding. By the way, hotel does provide free coffee and drinks for hotel guests in the lobby.
FYI, there is a Lawson, the convenient store which is near to the hotel building.

The facilities here are excellent and well-maintained. The spotless environment made me feel incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. The overall experience was perfect, with every detail just right. It completely exceeded my expectations.

Excellent location with airport limousine stop just down the hotel. Very close to department stores for shopping. The hotel service is excellent. However, the overall facilities are dilapidated.

The location is convenient, very close to the JR station, and right across from Daimaru. However, the room is tiny, making it difficult to even open a suitcase. The front desk offers complimentary toiletries like facial cleanser and lotion for guests to pick up themselves. Both check-in and check-out are done via a machine, which is quite a hassle.

A major issue is the refrigerator; it was incredibly noisy, I've never encountered one so loud before, so I had to ask staff to turn it off. The facilities are a bit old. The breakfast with seafood was decent.
