It was great for a short stay of 2-3 days but would be challenging for a longer stay as it does not have self-service laundry. It was inconvenient to drive 10 minutes to a laundry shop. Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel. We recently stayed at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and had a very pleasant experience. The area is quiet and charming, making it a peaceful place to stay. For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. The location was also great, not far from the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store right outside. The area is surrounded by office buildings, so you see a lot of busy workers. There are also many izakayas nearby, which gave me a glimpse into Japanese after-work life. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo

The view and the room were great! The only time I rented a cart was when I went to the beach. The bath was only a 3-minute walk from the room, so I was able to move around the premises without renting one. There was a shuttle bus to the beach, and a shuttle to the izakaya. The room is large and comfortable, with a big Sony TV. Outside the French window is a lawn + sea view, but it's a pity that the view is not as good as upstairs because I live downstairs, otherwise the view of the sea would be wider.

The decor is very stylish, but the bedding isn't great. The 'super king size bed' is actually two beds pushed together, and there's a big gap in the middle. We had to squeeze with our child on one side, which was really cramped. Plus, the bedding was too soft and offered no support, leaving me with a sore back for all three days of our stay.

Hotel doesn't provide shower cap and also no daily housekeeping service in a bid to be more economical friendly. However, the irony is that they still provide plastic bottle water in room. Parking is on 1st come 1st serve basis without any priority for in house guests and it seems you're not able to reserve the lot upon check in for the duration of your stay.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel was super nicely decorated and newly refurbished with all amenities needed. Great location, with walkable distance but not in the busiest part of Naha city center either. This hotel is a century old but incredibly well-maintained! The hot springs are super relaxing and really destress you. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices, though you have to pay extra for drinks. The Japanese-style room was a nice experience!

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are perfect and the buffet is delicious. The best part is the open-air hot spring on the top floor; soaking in it while it's snowing is an unforgettable experience. There are also two other indoor hot springs, which are perfect.

An absolutely top-tier hotel experience in Tokyo! The location is incredibly central, right by the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, placing it in the heart of the city's most bustling and modern business district. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I was disappointed to find that lounge access and breakfast were both chargeable. I was told that such services are not included with bookings made through Trip.com. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked, making this a truly disappointing trip.
