The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.

Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing. The front desk service was also very friendly, and breakfast was good.

From the Shinkansen exit at Shinagawa Station, turn right and walk about 100 meters across the pedestrian bridge to the building entrance. Excellent location right by the Takase River! Super convenient for cherry blossom viewing and shopping. The only issues were the small room and the fact that my request to avoid end rooms was completely ignored; they still put me in the first room next to the elevator. The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent.

The environment is very good. Most of the service staff are Southeast Asians. Their service is not as meticulous as that of the Japanese, but it is also very good.

The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking.  Terrence is comfortable with a nice view over the garden and Japanese not call amenities. Maiko performance are available on Tuesdays and Sundays. Food is good. 

Such a spacious room, which is a rare find in Japan, with a large bed and a beautiful, expansive view. The service was even better than excellent! My child accidentally left a beloved toy behind during check-out, and after contacting the hotel, they responded immediately and helped mail it back to us. Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.

Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request

Love the interior of the hotel. The vibrant colour found at each floor, the colour at the lobby lounge...  The area reserve for hotel guest at the lobby level is thoughtful and comfortable. The classic pac man and Space invader station is so classic and free!  Location wise is perfect.

Whenever I'm in Osaka, Conrad is my go-to hotel. The service is consistently excellent, and the avocado toast for breakfast is a must-try. Plus, with the subway right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere.

I’m a usual customer of Regis Osaka, thanks to its excellent service from the moment that I enter the premise. The friendly, helpful and thoughtful front office and concierge staffs differentiate the Regis brand ! Champagne sabering daily is a highlight!

Location is great. Within walking distance to train station and many places of interests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Polite staff and impeccable service. Valet parking is 3500 JPY per day and you don't need to worry about anything else.
