Tokyo, Marunouchi Trust Tower Main 🧭 Map
Excellent stay at this property. Very warm and genuine staff. Great facilities
Extremely satisfied, will definitely visit again if I have the chance.
One of the best hotel, good location and the staff they’re all nice
Room service was also fantastic, and my child really enjoyed it.
Good location! The staffs are very helpful, I would recommend this hotel to Tokyo travellers
Great location, convenient, and a spacious room.

Tokyo, 2 Chome-10-8 Sekiguchi, Bunkyo, 112-8680 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
A truly excellent experience. From the guest rooms to the lobby, all the services made guests feel right at home. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and comfortably warm. I will definitely be coming back.
The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture. The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details...
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. Otherwise, everything was great
This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Tokyo, 1 Chome-6-3 Marunouchi, Tiyoda, 100-0005 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The room is very spacious considering the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a train station with multiple lines, which makes traveling around the city very easy.
Every day of my stay truly felt like coming home. It was a very warm and comfortable experience.
Coming directly from Tokyo Station, you can access the hotel's exclusive elevator via the Marunouchi underground passage, which saves you the hassle of crossing streets above ground. Being on a high floor, the view of Tokyo Station with its busy trains passing by is quite spectacular. The room is small but exquisite, typical of Tokyo style. Breakfast was relatively simple, and at 2500 JPY for a child...
Enjoyed our short stay the night before our bullet train to Kyoto early the next day, which the location was perfect for. The rooms were a combination of new and traditional, which was extremely comforting. The view over Tokyo station was also great!
I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This time, I noticed some changes: the twin beds were wider, and the 8th-floor breakfast is now entirely self-service
Good location. Big bed. Can see the whole Tokyo Station tracks from window yet still quiet inside the room. Good amenities.
The location is great, very convenient if you need to switch cities as it's easy to catch the Shinkansen from here. Plus, Ichibancho has tons of delicious food! It's also super close to Ginza, just one stop away.

Tokyo, 2-16-1 Konan, SHINAGAWA EAST ONE TOWER 26F-32F, Minato, 108-8282 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.
Customer services can make more improvement
Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing. The front desk service was also very friendly, and breakfast was good.
The room was better than expected, the breakfast was extensive, and the transportation was convenient. From the Shinkansen exit at Shinagawa Station, turn right and walk about 100 meters across the pedestrian bridge to the building entrance. Take the elevator from the end of the corridor up to the hotel lobby!
A true five-star hotel.
Pros: Convenient location, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station via a skybridge. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious (for Japan), clean, and the service is excellent. Drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and you can check out at 12 PM or even a bit later. The price is a little on the higher side.
Minor drawbacks: The bathroom sink area is a bit small...

This is an excellent hotel! While it's a bit pricey, the service and quality of the stay are absolutely worth it. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly during check-in and even upgraded our room. We had a fantastic view of the sports ground, and the room itself was spacious. The bathroom with its wet/dry separation was very comfortable overall. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. Although...
Fantastic polished hotel for families with kids. Location is at the heart of Kyoto's food and commerce areas - Takashimaya, Nishiki / Teramachi markets, and lots of restaurants and shops are all within 5-7 mins walking distance. Kamo River is just a couple of minutes walk away and we rented a bike from a shop near Shijo station.l to cycle along the river. Great fun! That said, from Kyoto Station, you...
This was my second stay here, and the location is truly excellent, especially during cherry blossom season. The only downside was the concierge service at the entrance; the hotel might want to consider replacing that person, as they seemed grumpy and unhelpful. Everything else was quite good. The room was clean and tidy. While it was a bit pricey due to the cherry blossom season, the great location...
Excellent location right by the Takase River! Super convenient for cherry blossom viewing and shopping. The only issues were the small room and the fact that my request to avoid end rooms was completely ignored; they still put me in the first room next to the elevator. Ctrip helped me get a room change, so I was reasonably satisfied. Check-out was very easy, just left the room.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a commercial center, and the rooms offer a view of the Kamo River. What was most unexpected was the hotel offering a free chanting performance for guests, which was a very unique experience. The executive lounge had drinks, snacks, and roasted marshmallows. Unfortunately, I missed out on the Japanese breakfast in the morning, as there were only 30 servings...
The room was spacious enough for me to move around freely even with my luggage spread out! The bathroom was huge and spotless! The location is absolutely fantastic! There's a small river right outside the entrance, lined with cherry blossom trees! Plus, it's super convenient for shopping and dining!

The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃. It's also conveniently located, making it quick to get to Ginza and other Tokyo shopping areas, with plenty of popular local eateries nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent.
Usual Four Seasons. Good experience.

It was a great location and the staffs were wonderful and please do try the breakfast. The food quality was spectacular.
I stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel looked exactly the same. It is a little bit on the old school side, but everything is clean and impeccable.
The first day I arrived I had a stomach issue and the hotel was really kind and helped send fresh ginger tea up to my room and requested. They went out out of their way to find me fresh ginger.

Excellent stay and great location.

The hallmark of a truly great hotel is not the absence of issues, but the excellence with which they are resolved. Free shuttle bus provided every half and hour
Great customer service. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the room provide the matcha green tea ceremony experience. The location is not ideal but the shuttle service helps a lot. The main picture is misleading! I couldn't find the hotel after getting off the train. The first attached picture is what it actually looks like! The front desk was decent, and simple English communication was possible. According to the...
Honestly, I booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop view, and the white sand beach of Shirahama definitely didn't disappoint! Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, which is a rarity in Japan, making for a really great stay!
The hotel is very close to Shirahama Beach, just down a steep slope. The rooms are spacious with great views and new facilities. They offer a free shuttle bus, and the staff are warm and polite. Overall, a fantastic stay.
I saw comments when booking that mentioned a difficult slope leading to the hotel, which made me hesitate whether to change my reservation. I'm glad I didn't. While there is a slope to the hotel, it's not as daunting as some online reviews made it out to be.

The sea view room offers excellent scenery. Reviews mentioned an uphill walk to the hotel, so we took a taxi with our luggage. Without luggage, walking was fine. The hotel offers bike rentals, and cycling along the coastline for a day was truly wonderful.
I was in Osaka for the weekend and decided to take a spontaneous trip to Wakayama and Shirahama. To my surprise, hotel prices in Shirahama had significantly increased, and some were even fully booked. I figured it might be due to Halloween.

A wonderful hotel, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in
Facilities: You can tell the room was recently renovated with a lovely wooden Japanese aesthetic. The warm yellow light strip along the window really brightens up the entire space. Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! The standard of Hyatt staff service is excellent as before, this time was very impressed the Executive Assistant Manager paid personal attention ! Overall, rooms are average but room rates are charged too high !
The service is very average, the environment is good except for the night view, the price is too expensive, there are very few Chinese services, and they don't pay attention to Chinese tourists.
1. After the epidemic, hotel prices in Tokyo are really scary.
2. I stayed here once before on a business trip. This time, I felt that the overall service quality was not as good as before. The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The quality of staff varies.

Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.
The service can be said to be the ceiling of the industry, meticulous and thoughtful without leaving any trace. I stayed in the hotel for a long time. I often drank tea and drank in the room and looked at the scenery, but I never saw the cleaning staff. However, they cleaned up twice a day. Very detailed. There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient...
Needless to say, let’s catch up on the memories before the renovation. The details and aesthetics are still great. The facilities and furniture are nothing to say for a hotel that has been open for 30 years. It will be temporarily closed for renovation in May 2024. Looking forward to a new life!

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Ginza, perfect for a short stay in Tokyo. It's great for shopping and close to everything. The room was small, and there was construction noise nearby starting early in the morning.
Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request
The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Ginza, making it super convenient for taxis and late-night snacks. The only issue was the construction site right next door; they started drilling at 8 AM, which was a real pain.
The location is superb, right in the heart of Ginza as soon as you step out of the hotel. Everything else was pretty good, the only minor complaint I have is that the cleanliness could be improved.
