I had a great stay at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima. The location is excellent, directly connected to Hiroshima Station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good.

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata. There's a Don Quijote about a ten-minute walk away, and a Family Mart right downstairs. The service at the hotel was excellent; someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. I stayed here for the last two nights of my Kyushu trip. The room had a massage chair, which was a huge relief after a week of driving. The hotel is a bit older, but that wasn't a big issue for me.
