Tokyo, 2-10-4 Toranomon, Minato-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and they're all delicious with a great variety. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; they immediately approved my request for a late check-out, which made for an excellent experience.
This area has a very Japanese vibe and is popular for business. Even during leisure periods, many locals come to check it out. There are also plenty of restaurants, which is very convenient.
Elegant Oriental aesthetics. Hotel Okura Tokyo's service perfectly embodies the professionalism and warmth of 'Okura Style'. The staff are well-trained, and multi-language support (including Chinese) ensures smooth communication for international guests. Room cleanliness standards are rigorous, and concierge services are efficient and precise. Details like turndown service, laundry, and butler cupboards...
Had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The environment was also very pleasant. They even have staff who speak Chinese, which was a nice touch. I especially loved the underfloor heating in the room and bathroom, and there's a small sauna too. The service truly stood out...
Insane service at an all round impeccable hotel. Best place if you want perfect stay in Tokyo
The hotel had some nice touches, like small gifts, and they even gave me a box of chocolates for my birthday, though it felt a bit like an afterthought. Other services were pretty good, especially considering the price point. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were decent. However, room service was absolutely terrible and I highly recommend avoiding it – it wasn't inedible, but I'd rather...

Osaka, 8-8, Umeda 1-chome, rayon Kita, 530-0001 Osaka, Prefektura Osaka, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
A very nice hotel with excellent transportation links.
Great, very good, and spacious.
This hotel is conveniently located in the Umeda business district, right next to Osaka Station, offering beautiful night views. During the day, you can walk to Nakanoshima, and if you're up for it, even to Osaka Castle. The rooms are spacious and clean, meeting Hilton's usual high standards.
Coming from Tokyo, I thought I had the Shinkansen system down, but Osaka Station definitely taught me a lesson! I got lost as soon as I exited the subway, and we only found the hotel because my husband could read the map. I'd highly recommend taking a taxi if it's your first time in Umeda and heading to this hotel!
However, once we got our bearings, we realized the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic...
The room size was just right, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Osaka Station and Umeda subway station. The value for money is decent.
A standard Hilton, its main advantage is the location with five or six large shopping malls nearby, perfect for those who love to shop.

Tokyo, 1-1-50 Shirokanedai, Minato-ku 🧭 Map
Tge hotel is absolutely fine. However the room a little dated but think there is a programme of works so rooms may be brought up to date. Eg. The room lighting is very dim so with all brown/beige walls and carpet makes for a very dim room. the toilet is way too big for the size of bathroom! The shuttle bus was a well used amenity to get to the station.
Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were welcoming and kind. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.
The closest metro station is Shirokanedai Station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It’s not the most convenient location, but the area is very quiet compared to hotels in...
Good service, the room is clean with good view. 10 minutes walk to the station is okay.
Must walk up stairs from subway stations, but you may book the (paid) shuttle bus to/ from the airports by the concierge.
Very good bathroom - you may set the temperature/ time automatically for bathroom.
Very good buffet breakfast!
Just...“carpark view” from the room! 😁
Pleasant stay, good value for money. Not far from metro station
The hotel isn't right next to a subway station, but the shuttle bus service is super convenient, running every 15 minutes to and from Meguro Station. It pretty much covers all your transportation needs. It wasn't until after we checked out that we realized they'd upgraded our room type! It was definitely bigger, and we could easily spread out three 28-inch suitcases, which was really handy. The only...

good friendly helpful staff. im not driving and reached the place by bus, its 15 mins walk from local bus station, around 20 mins bus ride 110yen to city side , however, the road has no light its a bit scary at night. good facility, amazing golf court, good pools with slide but its a bit dirty(tons of bugs & leaves in water & pool side changing room smells like old bathroom covered with pee) .
The hotel was perfect, breakfasts were delicious and various. Staff were helpful and friendly, a lot of staff spoke English. I can’t wait to come back here in a high season to do more marine activities and enjoy beautiful ocean of Okinawa.
Facilities: All entertainment activities are well-equipped.
Hygiene: Clean and sanitary.
Service: Warm and friendly.
The hotel is in good location with spectacular views. The dining is nice and staffs are friendly. The beach aeea is not as perfect from watching other previous previews, with sea water wasn't as crystal clear and sands are rather coarse
This hotel is no doubt the best resort in Ishigaki Island. It has a big resort style with exclusive feel. There are a few buildings so make sure you pick the right one for your needs. I chose the newest building facing the ocean. It was very new and clean. The room has nice ocean view and can also see the pool underneath. The balcony is also good as it allows you to hang clothes to dry. However, I...
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy
Environment: The entire hotel is very spacious, with several buildings.
Service: If you require cleaning service, there's a 1000 JPY charge per person upon check-out.

Very nice hotel in tokyo. Nice location, helpful staff , spacious room.
This is a very old-money hotel, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods. There's a shopping center right across the street. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many weddings held here on weekends.
Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay here because it's so convenient for getting around.
amazing hotel, great location, would go again , everything was perfect
Super clean and friendly hotel . Just a bit far walking to the metro station .
You'll find plenty of delicious restaurants directly opposite. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, handy for grabbing fruit to enjoy back at the hotel. And for a special treat, dining at Teppanyaki Yebisu upstairs even offers views of Mount Fuji 🗻.

I stayed during the very busy New Year holiday period, and overall it was a pleasant stay.
However, I would like to share one concern regarding the check-in experience at the Executive Lounge. We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked...
Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
There's really nothing around here. The hotel breakfast had limited options and wasn't good.
I wouldn’t call this a five star property… however we stayed here the day before they shut for renovations so maybe things will change.
Positives -
It is a good location if you don’t mind being away from central Tokyo. The shopping nearby is very good with lots of food options too.
The room was a nice size and clean. Good view of rainbow bridge.
Negatives -
There is a bad smell when you walk in and...
As much I would love to write 100% positive there was one thing I was not satisfied about. Despite being Loyal Hilton member I request for higher floor which is the least they could do but they put me on lowest possible. Beside that hotel and rest of the stuff was top notch. Definitly good pick while in Tokyo
Nice hotel adjacent to a metro station with two malls close by and connected via above ground walk paths. This provides good options for dining and access going into the city. Family friendly since the two-twins rooms are allowed for 4 people. The twin beds are real twin beds so it is a tight fit for two people but it worked for medium sized family members. Great water side view of you get it. Nice...

The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel is right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal bus station, and there's a main subway line downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about. The only minor downside might be that the pillows are...
The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient. It's right next to Suitengu-mae Station, and Ningyocho Station isn't too far either. However, the service is just average; the staff didn't react at all when I walked past, which was a letdown compared to the Hilton I stayed at in Yokohama. The toiletries...
I was initially worried the hotel might be too old, but Tokyo hotels are really well-managed. My stay was fantastic; they even let me check in around 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even though the facilities had an older feel, everything was exceptionally clean.
The hotel has a strong retro vibe, reminiscent of the last century. There are radio buttons by the bed, and the sink and bathtub look like they're 30 years old. The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The room isn't huge, but for Tokyo, it was spacious enough to open two suitcases. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and after four mornings, I couldn't stomach it anymore. There were very few...
The hotel service was good, and the facilities were well-maintained. Although the bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation, it was in great condition and quite spacious. At first glance, the hotel looks luxurious and gives the impression of a true 5-star property. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and very clean.

That said, the experience quickly falls short of what is expected...
When making my reservation, I noted that I would be staying with my four‑year‑old son. At check‑in, my son had fallen asleep, so while he sat in a chair, the staff kindly and clearly explained everything to me. A very friendly and helpful staff member also assisted us with carrying our luggage.

Spacious room, excellent service, quite environment, away from busy downtown yet nearby train station. Nice and big swimming pool and very convenient changing room. Amazing view from window room. They offer outsatnding hokkaido dinner buffet with fresh seafoods and meats. A very peaceful neighbourhood to have an evening walk around the hotel enjoying beautiful sunset..
This hotel is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the touristy area, but still remains within close proximity of the city area. The rooms are very well maintained though the sizes vary. We booked the universal twin rooms and it is spacious - unlike the usual hotel rooms in Japan. We would definitely come back.
The Grand Prince Hotel is excellent, conveniently located right next to Intex Osaka if you're attending an event there. The walk to the nearby metro station, Nanafuto, takes less than 10 minutes. Very good location and good service
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The bed was slightly smaller than I expected, but it wasn’t a major issue since I only stayed for one night.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its excellent location at Hiroshima Station, and it truly delivered in terms of convenience. It made getting around the city and accessing...
It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen.
It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!
very good easy to access fr hiroshima station. if u bought the have fun in hiroshima1 week pass, u can redeem the cake+tea set here at the hotel lobby from 10am-5pm.
amenities available at lobby counter area . self service.
The size of the room offered is different from the information provided in your website and it is far below from expectations. After many rounds of complain, the hotel offered another room on the third night. Very disappointed with the hotel.
I had a great stay at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima. The location is excellent, directly connected to Hiroshima Station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The facilities were good, but there was a lot of unpleasant smell, probably because of the air conditioning inside.
We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.
The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.
The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. The service was excellent. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea. All the staff were so friendly and smiling. It felt like Disneyland by the sea.

The foreign staff member spoke in a very low voice, and it seemed as though he was explaining things to someone who clearly had no control, which made for a completely pointless conversation. Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view; we could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.
I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent. The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good.
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous. So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the facilities themselves feel rather outdated, and some areas could benefit from renovation or modernization to match the quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the aging infrastructure slightly affects the impression.
The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, certainly a good place to stay away from the city to relax for a few days. Pool, gym, spa, beach ... are all available.
Stepping into the room was absolutely breathtaking; the view was stunning, with the white church right outside the window ⛪️. On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style.

Nice hotel facing ocean view. We went for bottom glass boat tour. Very clear water but too cold to
Swim. Nice breakfast n pizza dinner very good.
I still vividly remember their 30th-anniversary celebration. Other than the outdated facilities, everything else was impeccable, especially the Executive Lounge – it was absolutely perfect! Great views, excellent food, and an even better atmosphere. I really hope the hotel renovates its facilities soon; it would be a shame to waste such a prime location!
Aside from the slightly dated facilities, this hotel is truly excellent. The location and views are fantastic, and the scenery along the two small paths by the pool was the biggest unexpected highlight. The buffet restaurant with the show was also quite interesting.
Pros:
1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. If you're not planning on visiting the outer islands, you could easily spend a whole afternoon here.

Excellent, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good.
Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.
This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. I look forward to returning again soon.
The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries. You can sit downstairs, enjoy the scenery, and soak up the sun. I'm planning to return in the spring!
Location: 4.5/5 A bit out of the way, but there's a shuttle every 20 minutes from the Osaka train station, which is very convenient.
Common Areas: 5/5 I really love this kind of understated 'old money' aesthetic – not flashy, but full of character.
Room: 4/5 You can tell it's a bit older, but it has everything you need. The toiletries are from Pola, and the hot water pressure is excellent.
Service...
Better than the reviews. Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle. The free shuttle bus is very handy. The staff are amazing.

Breakfast was also good.
The location is incredibly convenient and just amazing! It's even walkable to the airport, though I still opted for a taxi. All the shopping, dining, and attractions are within a 20-minute walk.

It's right in the heart of Fukuoka, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel parking is also very convenient, which was a huge plus for us since we were driving.

The hotel boasts a magnificent Japanese garden with koi ponds, plants, and trees, offering a picturesque view at every turn. Each season brings a different kind of beauty. It's a truly tranquil oasis in the city, perfect for a relaxing and healing stroll.
I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.

Kanazawa, 2 Chome-15-1 Honmachi 🧭 Map
Our four-night stay at Hotel Nikko Kanazawa was excellent. The location is very convenient, just a 6-7 minute walk from Kanazawa JR Station. The hotel itself is grand and exudes an old-money elegance. It's clean, comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was abundant, high-quality, and delicious. The service was also very attentive.
This is a very clean and lovely hotel with an excellent location, right next to the station. It's super convenient for buying souvenirs and food. The stay was also very comfortable. Whenever I travel in Japan, Nikko Hotels are always my first choice because they never disappoint!
Stayed two nights in Kanazawa. It's truly a bustling place. The architecture outside the train station resembles a museum, and the fountain with the changing date display is quite unique. The hotel is about two blocks from the train station, which is pretty close. For sightseeing, I'd recommend taking a taxi as walking can be a bit far, even though the city isn't huge. The hotel itself is quite modern...
This is one of the best hotels in Kanazawa. Although it's been open for over 30 years, it's still very well-maintained. The rooms on the higher floors offer superb views of the entire city, much better than what you'd get at Sanraku or Hyatt. The breakfast quality is also excellent.
One of my favorite hotels during this trip!
**Ambiance:** Even though it's an older hotel built in the last century, both the hard furnishings and soft decor are incredibly well-maintained. While the style might be a bit retro, it's tastefully done. The room was over 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for Japan.
**Cleanliness:** Virtually spotless.
**Facilities:** Didn't have time to visit...
The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was incredibly rich and substantial, typical of the Nikko style.

Onna, 1967-1 Nakama 🧭 Map
This hotel is perfect for a vacation. The room's blinds have a unique design, which unfortunately means they don't block out the morning sun, so if you like to sleep in, it's best to bring an eye mask. Also, the hotel is divided into two sections: Beach Wing and Sunset Wing. We stayed in the Beach Wing this time, and while our balcony overlooked the sea, the hallway outside our door faced a road, and...
This hotel in Onna is about an hour's drive from Naha Airport. The rooms are simply elegant, and they leave a small gift every night during turn-down service. The hotel's restaurants are a highlight, offering high-quality Japanese and Western options, though reservations are a must. My only minor complaint is that the blinds let in a lot of light, making it hard to sleep in late. But overall, it's...
A very comfortable stay, with top-notch experience in terms of rooms, common areas, and service. The only regret is that the strong winds and low temperatures in February made it impossible to enjoy the water activities.
Luxurious in every sense of the word. Impeccable hospitality and amazing atmosphere.
Had the best afternoon at the bar Spectra.
I come to Okinawa almost every winter for vacation and have stayed at many ocean-view hotels here. Halekulani Okinawa stands out for both its significant strengths and weaknesses.
**Pros:**
(1) As a newly built hotel, the facilities are much newer than other hotels. The rooms even have smart tablets to conveniently book restaurants and check out various amenities.
(2) Although the restaurant prices...
Everything is good nice staff, clean room and comfortable.
