Location is average as a whole, 500m ish walking distance to the train station which is perfectly fine except when it's winter. The good thing however is the breakfast, free ramen at night, free ice cream, free probiotic drink in the morning. Room is also fairly reasonably large compared to Tokyo rooms.

Enjoyed my stay at Lifort Hotel Sapporo for 5 nights. The hotel has a 4-star feel, and while the facilities are slightly older, the stay was still comfortable.
