Although it's a chain hotel, the service rivals that of a luxury hotel, with comprehensive and complete facilities. The hot springs are perfect for relaxation, and the location is also excellent, making it a top choice for travel.
We really enjoyed our stay at Dormy Inn Hotel. One of the highlights has to be all the little complimentary treats – free ramen for guests before 11pm, a coffee machine in the lobby, ice cream if you use the onsen before 1am, and probiotic drink in the morning onsen before 10am. All these small touches really made our stay feel special.
The onsen itself was great, especially the outdoor bath on the...
Great hot spring hotel, late night ramen and breakfast, the cooking is very attentive and delicious. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I want to bring my family to stay here. The room layout has a sense of privacy and is very warm. I love it.
The hot spring is very small and the food is just normal. The room is also small.

The room was very clean and spacious with a great city view. And of course good enough for three of us. Definitely will come back again. Recommended!
Good Location , Goodservice
"Excellent service! The staff provided great assistance for first-time visitors and clear parking info (1,900 Yen/day onsite). Perfectly located in the heart of the city—within walking distance to the fish market and just 0.5–1km from Susukino. Even during heavy snow, the stay was wonderful. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!
Location need to walk 20 mins to susukino pole town. Front line service need to improve. Not so friendly. Room nice, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay there in the family room for family of 4. Spacious, clean and well maintained bathroom. I had sound sleep with the bed provided. The Hotel was kind enough to send my phone forgotten in the room with a courier service. Train station is within 5-7 mins walking distance and it is convenient to explore Sapporo from here.

Convenient and easy to find~
Rooms are clean
The lights could be a little more brighter.
Great location! There's a McDonald's to the front right, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just behind the hotel, which is super convenient.
Service : Good.
Lounge: very good. Free alcohol for hotel guests
Love the coffee machine at the lobby.
Love it that they placed snow mould toys and sledge for guests to enjoy. Very good location, near many popular eateries.
The front desk staff were really helpful. They offer a complimentary bar and you can even make your own bath bombs, which was a fun touch. The room was super comfortable, making for a great overall experience. The location is also fantastic, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade.
Spacious room, friendly price, convenient location. I'll definitely be back next time.
This location is right in the heart of everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, and they also offer unlimited drinks at the lobby. We had a wonderful 6-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it.

Dated hotel with old corridors. I booked the largest room so it was still comfortable. It is clean as well. Basic toiletries are provided. Aircon did not work on the first night and they changed another room for me.nice and helpful staff. No coffee in room but they have coffee dispenser at lobby from 3-10pm. No view. Toilet is small and shower curtains stink but is clean.Overall, value for money.not...
We booked online last minute as we had to stay an additional day in Asahikawa unexpectedly. We were given smoking rooms even though we ordered non-smoking rooms when we booked online. I believe there weren't other regular rooms available. But the staff gaves us some air fresheners to use in our rooms.
The room didn't have any bad smell and it was pretty clean.
Parking is available in other parking...
Nice location, it’s close to JR station. The bathroom is small but clean. You can travel hands-free, deposit luggage after checkout. It’s a good choice to stay here few days when you take a trip to Asahikawa.
We chose this hotel as it was a good price but also supplied baby beds. There is no parking but they offer a discount at nearest car park. Overall it was a pleasent hotel and I enjoyed my time there.
Comfy bed with friendly service and simple breakfast. Had some parking issues.
Good location, walkable distance from trains and nearby restaurants. Some shuttle buses make a stop at this hotel if you reserve a seat (example Kamui ski links ski resort). Rooms were a normal size for Japan and service was excellent. All staff I met spoke English.

Hokkaido, Otaru, 5-7, Ironai 1-chome 🧭 Map
First of all, would like to give a big thumbs-up to the staffs at the front desk 🥹 I think one of them is their manager or leader too. They are so so helpful when we encountered some issues with the parking machine even the parking lot is not under this hotel.
And for the hotel, everything is good too.
Clean and big room, friendly staff, good location too. It’s just a few mins walk to the canal river...
The room was a normal size and very close to the canal, within walking distance of all the attractions. The service was excellent; we arrived in the morning before check-in, and they stored our luggage for free. By the time we checked in later that afternoon, our bags were already in the room. Overall, it was great, and I'd book this place again if I ever go back to Otaru.
Counter staff extremely friendly and patient with our booking. Easy to move around city area. Nice place to visit. Staff recommended best sushi in town.
Booked room with breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so good and you have to select a time slot to avoid over crowded in the restaurant. Location of the hotel is far from JR Station. If there is a heavy snow fall it will be quite challenging to bring your luggage to the station. Overall, location of hotel is near to the Canal and restaurant.
Overall, the hotel's design is quite good. The exterior and some decorations incorporate the distinctive red brick architecture of Otaru, giving it a strong local character, which is definitely a highlight. The location is also decent, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which isn't too far even with luggage, and it's right next to the canal. The staff's service attitude was excellent; they were...
Pros: The price is quite reasonable, over 700 for a night with three beds. You can grab toothbrushes and toothpaste from a small table next to the front desk. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel, which is handy for buying things. new hotel with good breakfast
location just OK because far from JR hakodate but near Goryukaku koen mae , it's east to use tram no.2,5 for go anywhere.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hokke Club Hakodate. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the large public bath, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were polite, professional, and always...
The room size is standard for Japan. There is a man-made hot spring with a good variety of shampoo and bath products available. The breakfast is standard—nothing special, but decent overall. Only one type of sashimi (squid) is offered. A convenience store is located right next door, just 1–2 minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient.
It is what you can expected for 3 stars hotel at the price point. Close to Goryokaku and Lucky Pierrot . There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The hotel's exterior and front desk feel a little old-fashioned, but the staff's service and the atmosphere of the hallways and rooms are good.
It's a shame that there is no open-air bath or sauna, but I'm grateful that the hotel has a hot spring.
I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I could book it at a good price.
Having a large public bath is a big plus. A trip to Hokkaido in the cold winter wouldn't be complete without a large public bath. The breakfast was also very generous. Hakodate will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable after a long day of exploring Sapporo.
Overall, it’s a great choice...
Good breakfast
Clean and ample sized room.
Great location, susukino and odori park are just a few blocks away so its walkable. Train station is just right infront so suoer accessible.
This room is very new, and the lounge area is very comfortable. The overall environment feels fresh, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
This hotel is super convenient, just 100 meters from Exit 3 of Hosui-Susukino Station on the Toho subway line. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Plus, there's a bus stop for Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort close by (you'll need to reserve your seat in advance). I also recommend checking out Hokkaido University; it's an easy subway ride away.
The hotel is not in so crowded point but just nice and just very near with all the shopping spot and the subway station as well.
Nearby also have many good restaurants and convenience store.

Hokkaido is beautiful, and the hotel's location right in Tanukikoji is perfect. On snowy days, you can just use the back exit to go shopping. I really enjoyed this hot spring hotel. On Mondays, it was so crowded that the entire place was practically reserved. It's said that the former shogunate soldier, Hijikata, bathed there.
