Hotel Pearl City Kobe in Kobe

Whenever I go to Kobe Animal Kingdom, I always have lunch here. Since I'm traveling by train with my kids for over an hour, I want to have an event that will get me excited, so I use it as a reward for my hard work. I've had buffets at various hotels, but GOCOCU's buffet is by far the best in terms of quality, taste, variety, and appearance. Since it's a buffet, there are things that children can eat, so it's helpful that each person can eat what they like. There are also plenty of desserts, and my children are always delighted with the soft serve ice cream they make themselves. Thanks to this, I can take my time until my coffee after the meal. When I visited this time, the macarons were the best! I ate several of them and said they were the best. The food is also beautiful to look at, so I get excited when I go to pick my food. The roast beef is always delicious and I've had seconds many times. The curry wasn't too spicy, and it was delicious with spices and umami, which is unique to a hotel. This time, as a measure against COVID-19 infection, freshly made pasta was brought to our table, and the combination of the exquisite flavor of the tobiko and salmon sauce and the al dente noodles was very delicious. I was a little worried about eating out during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the thorough disinfection and temperature checks at the entrance, gloves worn when picking up food, and a large gap between other tables meant that I was able to enjoy my meal with peace of mind. I'll definitely come again!

As expected, it is a long-established store with stable and safe customer service. Perfect. I stayed on the club floor before and felt comfortable. There was a small problem with the amenities in the room, but we were able to respond in good faith. Questions on the phone are also polite. Because there are different types of guest rooms, I think it is easy to use depending on the scene. The breakfast is very delicious.

A bit far from Kobe port which is famous tourist spot of Kobe. You have to take sky train to get here. Hotel was built back in more than 30 years ago, but renovated and very clean, huge. Rooms are also clean but for some part, I could feel old. For overall, it’s great experience to stay here. Great Restaurants are also gathered here, but a little bit expensive. Good to try lunch here.

Came for the first time in 2 years! Nata at the front desk was also polite and kind. There is a family store on the first floor. Often used for conference rooms, the end of the guest room is a suite room on each floor. Perfect for a private room at a conference I think it can be used for commercial purposes if you want to invite your important clients to a special room. The correspondence of the hotel staff is also good. I would like to use it during a conference It is close to both the airport and the train station, and it is just a monorail to Sannomiya, so I think the location is good. I think the first floor of the hotel is perfect for large meetings. There is also a sense of luxury. My concern is that the ceilings in each room are low.

Nice big local hotel. Not cheap but the staffs are polite, friendly n helpful
