It was pretty good; I stayed here when I was attending a conference. The 7-Eleven right across from the hotel was very convenient. There are also direct public transport links to the Sannomiya area nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, it's a good place.

Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The lighting could be dimmed, which was nice. The staff are kind and give a warm welcome. However, the room and carpet were a bit old, which is understandable given the property’s age.

The location is nearby Kobe airport, port-island. Nearby Ikea - Kobe. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. I just had issue a bit with the AC. I stayed during autumn season, when I arrived the room is super hot and there is no AC. I complaint to the staff they said I need to open the window cause during autumn season they turn off the AC (central) and change it with heater. I understood about it, but they didnt put on the property information when I booked the hotel. They lend me a fan, but I need to sleep with the sound from outside cause the window opened

Clean hotel room, good facilities. Bed mattress was hard, which I liked. Pillow was too hard. As a pretty tall person I could not stand up straight in bathroom. Location is walking distance for business district, and close to public transport.

I chose this hotel because I had a conference at the convention centre not knowing I have limited choice of getting something to eat (looking for halal option). Despite the lacking, I was able to survive for 3 days as I had to commute the Portliner to get something to eat. The location was quite a distance towards the portliner station therefore you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you are coming using public transport. The hotel surrounding is quiet. This is my first time staying at hotel in Japan, most of the time in airbnb. Towels were changed daily. Did not choose the breakfast. Service was acceptable.

Situated on a man-made island, the hotel is just about a five-minute walk from the light rail station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the airport and Sannomiya. The room amenities were quite luxurious and very impressive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly thoughtful, always paying attention to guests' needs. Best of all, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, right by the subway. The service was excellent, and they even offer luggage storage. Plus, there are convenience stores, shops, and laundry facilities all around. Definitely a great pick for family travelers!

It’s a old hotel with old-fashioned room and lobby, the service were great and they provide every thing you need. Although the room is a bit dim but regarding the price, it definitely worth it.
