EV friendly as they have free charging stations (bring your charger. Tesla doesn't need it as they have one for Tesla). "The most delicious breakfast" sounds true as they serve homemade food, using local ingredients. The breakfast is well balanced and nutritional (in my opinion).

I stay at this hotel when I go to watch baseball games at Hotto Motto Kobe. It's in a very convenient location, with many reasonably priced and delicious izakayas and restaurants nearby. Perhaps it was just luck, but I was able to find what appears to be the only spacious, barrier-free room available, which was extremely comfortable.

I stayed here on my way back from the Expo. Although I didn't have dinner or breakfast, it was a very reasonable price, and the room was spacious and clean! I was very impressed. Like the quaint yet very elaborate ryokan style of living. The onsen may not be as big and fancy as in noboribetsu but it is still comfortable. I subscribed to their dinner and breakfast which was pretty good. I definitely live the wooden bathtub in my room. They have shuttle services to and from Arima Onsen region. The only complain I have is the weak wifi.

Excellent place to experience traditional Japanese living.  To avoid difficulties with getting to the hotel you should take a bus at Shin-Kobe station before darkness. This bus will take you to the bus stop at Arima, it’s 600 m away from hotel.

This hotel is the most expensive one I have stayed in more than 10 times in Japan, but it also has the best service. I experienced the butler service, and I didn't need to carry any bags when I entered the door. The price includes breakfast and dinner, and the breakfast and dinner for two days are different. There are also live cooking. I really felt the multi-sensory shock.

I stayed here without meals. It was very clean. They also helped me store my luggage and the service was excellent, so I had a very pleasant stay. Getting there from Sannomiya Station is uphill, so it can be a bit difficult if you're carrying a suitcase.

This isn't a traditional, historic hot spring hotel, but rather a modern one. The rooms are nice, and the dinner and breakfast are quite generous. However, the hot springs are average (only three types available). The upside is that the rooms have semi-open-air baths. Relatively speaking, the prices are a bit high, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I have never been to a ryokan before, so I can't really rate the quality of service. But if you measure it as a regular hotel, it's very good. There are onsen on the first and top floors, indoor and outdoor respectively. There is a buffet where you can have a snack of desserts, but nothing more.

I have always longed for Arima Onsen, and this time I came to Japan and finally had the opportunity to realize my wish. The environment of the town is great, and the food is rich. The hotel is located about 400 meters from Sannomiya JR station. Chinatown is 1.5 kilometers and the Kobe port tower about 2.5 kilometers. The service was exceptionally good, courteous and helpful. This was a good place but the location was on the mountain which was a little far from restaurants. Definitely not a place to take your children, there was a massager on the table. But a nice hotel with friendly staff.

A love hotel close to the Mt Rokko Observatory Deck for night view. The roads around the hotel are hard to navigate. If the price is right, it's a good choice with free parking.
