Super Hotel Kobe, Kobe1 / 16

Kobe, 2-1-11 Kanou (in the centre) 🧭 Map
There were two people at the front desk, and they were very helpful. It was a smoking room, but I was surprised that there was no odor when I entered. While it wasn't a problem for me, the bathtub seemed small for men, and there was only one elevator, so I had to wait a bit.
Friendly staff , clean hotel and easy to find
This is THE noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. It faces a busy road and you can hear every car and motorcycle that goes by, and every pedestrian that talks on the street below you, however late at night. The windows are only one pane thick, so they're neither soundproof, nor thermally protective. It's a pity because the staff are very friendly.
The unit was a little small, but the room was clean and comfortable.
Kobe, hot springs ♨️ are great, and the breakfast is substantial. The rooms are quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. I'll definitely come back.
The food was delicious and there was free parking available without a reservation.

Perfect experience in Arima onsen
The hotel is clean and the service is excellent! The hot springs are top-notch!
Arima Onsen Koji Inn is conveniently located about 8 minutes walk from Arima Onsen Station. There are several types of private soups at the inn, which can be arranged by the service desk, at no additional charge and can be used multiple times. Inn staff service enthusiastic and courteous, large room space, only no meals, have to solve themselves. The hostel said you can bring your own food and also...
Very enjoyable stay at Koki, the inn is nicely renovated, clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, as its walking distance to the town shopping and dinning area. The staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful. The main onsen area is nice with two kinds of onsen the Gold & Silver springs. The best part is the private onsen, one of them is open-air bath. The yummy free coffee and drink...
The staff at the counter speak fluent English and are very friendly, and are very willing to help tourists solve problems.
Arima-cho is a very small village, mainly known for its various hot springs. This hotel offers both public and private hot springs. You can just go to the public hot spring directly, while you need to make a reservation for the private hot spring.

The room was generally clean. It was a shame that there were burn marks on the tatami mats, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room (probably the fault of the smokers), but there was no smell, so it was fine. I wanted to sleep well, but the window only had a shoji screen, so it was too bright and I had to wake up. Also, I could hear quite a bit of noise from the next room, which was bothersome
The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was spacious
Love the location very close to the center and public transport. Onsen is very clean .. definitely book a room with the onsen in the room, solo traveler can reserved a private time on schedule. The hostess is very helpful and speak English .. at night the security lock the front door please take note of the number to help you get in . Have a nice stay 😉
Great little hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent value with free natural Spa (hot water with healing powers emerging from the ground) and an excellent Japanese breakfast (see picture). A few minutes' walk from the bullet train station. Highly recommended.
I wish the price was a little cheaper since it was just a room without meals. Other than that I am satisfied.
I live in Osaka and go to family trip in kobe and reserve hotel Isago and hotel Isago facilities and accommodation is very good and next time also come to visiting time I will stay in hotel Isago kobe

Environment: Arima Onsen has a nice environment. Since it's primarily a carbonated spring, there's no rotten egg smell like sulfur. The town is easy to explore and well-developed commercially. Cleanliness: Although we booked a traditional Japanese onsen ryokan (traditional Japanese inn), we requested a twin room. The room was quite large, very clean and tidy, and we didn't have to worry about not...
Second time staying here. Although the location is far, there is a special car to pick you up after arriving in Arima area. The price is reasonable. One night and two meals are provided. The portions are sufficient and very delicious. The place is clean and quiet. It is a good choice.
Stayed in a private bath room, but the room was very small, the bath was like a bathtub, and it looked different from what I thought when I booked the room. I thought it had hot spring bath, but it turned out to be a public bath. The food was delicious, and the environment was quiet, but it was not possible to check in ten minutes earlier. It was inconvenient to have to go to a second place for dinner
The hotel room has a built-in hot spring, which is well equipped and convenient. To use the large hot springs and baths, you have to walk a few minutes to the sister store, which is a bit inconvenient and cold. The food is good, although there is not much beef, but everything else is good. Better than cost-effectiveness
Arima Onsen is very quiet like this family-style hotel. There are private hot springs across the street and public breakfast and dinner, which are very rich! The choice this time was really correct. The whole family had a great time.
Not a bad experience. The hotel provides free round-trip transfer service, but you can only contact the hotel from 1430 on the day of arrival. Dinner is kaiseki cuisine, mainly fish dishes, and you need to walk to the sister hotel nearby (1-2 minutes away) to enjoy it. Breakfast is a set meal and you need to stay in the hotel to eat. The open-air hot spring included in the room is very good and the...

The bathtub wasn't very clean. Also, a cleaning staff member mistakenly opened the door while I was still in the room, even though I hadn't checked out yet. Mistakes happen, but it was a bit unsettling.
Pretty good, convenient location.
The room is clean, and most important is the location. Just walk around 2 minutes to motomachi station.
The room is small - there are no amenities other than a hairdryer... Everyone else has to use their own toiletries, so anyone booking a room should prepare everything in advance...
It was clean and the access was good, which was great! However, they don't have hair straighteners for rent.
The staff was very friendly. The room was adequate for a one-night stay. Breakfast was Western-style. You can add two slices of bread, so it's not too much, but if you prefer rice, it might not be enough. I wish the air conditioner and bath were a little cleaner.

I like Königskrone sweets, and when I found out there was a hotel there, I stayed there for one night on business. It's a short walk from Sannomiya Station through a shopping street, but there are many different shops lined up, and personally, I was happy to find a Korean food store nearby. There was also a bakery that looked delicious, although I didn't go there. Although I checked in late at night...
The rooms were spacious and it was interesting how they were themed. I loved the scent of the hand soap. The breakfast didn’t disappoint at all. The service was wonderful - staff members gave their best to speak in English, even if I was fluent in their language, and I’m truly appreciative of their effort.
A hotel I've always wanted to stay at! There were Kuma Pochi-kun stuffed animals everywhere in the hotel, which really got me excited. All the staff members were very courteous. Some things I noticed were: -The building as a whole seemed to be showing its age.・I don't have many rice-based items for breakfast. Lovely traditional style inn, with onsen.
We really loved our stay. The host was great, everything was clean and cozy. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The owner was very welcoming! The balcony view was great, it had a real Japanese town vibe from the era of sake breweries! ❤️❤️❤️
Pros: Clean, although everything is ancient, located next to the bus station. The blankets are warm. Cons: The onsen is terrible!!!!! Everything is moldy, the basement stinks, slime. We couldn't even go inside. We went to a neighboring hotel, everything was clean and nice there. Cold! My back fell off the futons, my neck fell off the pillows.
A very cool, authentic ryokan. Great location. Large rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms are clean and have everything you need. You can sit on the balcony and breathe in the fresh air. The ryokan has its own mineral springs, so you can relax without leaving the room. The breakfast was delicious. This was my first time at a hotel like this, and I loved everything. The owners are very nice. Tattoos...

Just a two-minute walk from the Shinchi station exit, turning right. Super convenient! There's a supermarket diagonally across the street, which is cheaper than convenience stores for groceries. It's also easy to get to Sannomiya and Meriken Park from here.
The hygiene was generally poor; the toilet's bidet function was broken and unusable; and the slippers were torn and couldn't be worn.
it was good, only that it was quite noisy outside on the streets
Very good hotel in pretty good location, walking distance from the train and metro station. Easy access to many tourist attractions. Highly recommended if you're not looking for spacious rooms and luxury.

Great place and experience if you wanna try a ryokan. Eating kaiseki and sleeping on a futon. Also it was pretty big room with a nice view loggia. For the onsens, I did like the left opened one of a gin water. Although they are switched for male and female thrice a day. It is not necessary to leave it during the day, but if you want to have a stroll, there is Rokko mountain near around.
Nice traditional ryokan with hospitable staff in a convenient location close to Arima onsen. Everything’s was great, however if you’re sensitive to sound and are staying on the ground floor, you will hear noise from the room upstairs.
We wanted authentic experience in traditional japanese hotel and this place was a perfect match. It is located within walking distance from center of the village and it was really calm and quiet. The room had been renovated and was clean. I wish I had the provided kettle and cups. I wanted to send a package to the airport by courier, so I asked the front desk staff, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to understand my request.
I stayed here on a solo trip. The front desk was very friendly and the building was clean and comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly in the calm atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again if I come to Kobe.
The bathroom was renovated and clean. It was a twin room, but there was no table in the room, which was inconvenient. I would have liked a table, even if it was a foldable one. It was summer, so the sound of the cicadas in the park next door was so loud I woke up. It was convenient that there was a large Aeon nearby.
Booked this hotel for a football game. The bus stop is nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk spoke Chinese. The room was renovated and very clean, with no odor or bugs. It's not small for one person. There's a microwave and hot water downstairs.

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped, with a fridge and microwave, which was great.
It would have been nice if tea or coffee was provided.
The smell of the baldness concealing powder at the front desk was strong.
Unusually for a hotel, there were no tea leaves and we were told to buy tea from a vending machine. On the plus side, since we were only staying overnight, there was a microwave which was a relief. The room was well cleaned, but the bottom of the bathroom curtain was stained with black mold and was disgusting. There was a crack at the bottom of the sink area and it had been sealed with duct tape.
Although small, it's perfectly adequate. It's surprisingly quiet and incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the station.

Spacious hotel room, we had the twinbed option. It's lazy but effectively renovated, so the bathroom is nice and the air condition, just the carpet still reminds you of the old days.
Having not visited Kobe before I assumed that Kobe station would be the place to stay to access the sights, I now know that I should have stayed near Sannomiya station for this. The hotel service is very good, free pick-up and drop-off, free bus ticket booking, average food, small pool
Really good! Very unique, I like the hot spring hotel very much, the scenery outside the window is pleasant and beautiful! If you like a leisurely and quiet place, you can choose this place👍
The price/performance ratio is extremely low. The hotel facilities are the lowest among all the places I have visited in Japan. I highly do not recommend it. 5000+ for three people a night, the shuttle bus will not come to pick you up until after 3 o'clock.
