The room was generally clean. It was a shame that there were burn marks on the tatami mats, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room (probably the fault of the smokers), but there was no smell, so it was fine. I wanted to sleep well, but the window only had a shoji screen, so it was too bright and I had to wake up. Also, I could hear quite a bit of noise from the next room, which was bothersome.

Love the location very close to the center and public transport. Onsen is very clean .. definitely book a room with the onsen in the room, solo traveler can reserved a private time on schedule. The hostess is very helpful and speak English .. at night the security lock the front door please take note of the number to help you get in . Have a nice stay 😉

Great little hotel with very friendly staff.
Excellent value with free natural Spa (hot water with healing powers emerging from the ground) and an excellent Japanese breakfast (see picture). A few minutes' walk from the bullet train station.
Highly recommended.

I wish the price was a little cheaper since it was just a room without meals. Other than that I am satisfied.

I live in Osaka and go to family trip in kobe and reserve hotel Isago and hotel Isago facilities and accommodation is very good and next time also come to visiting time I will stay in hotel Isago kobe

The sound of the air conditioner's outdoor unit bothers me while I sleep.
The bathhouse can be reserved by time slot and used by families or individuals alone, but it is very old and poorly ventilated, so it feels a bit uncomfortable (it smells similar to mold).
But breakfast makes me forget everything.

The location is on a hillside, and there is no elevator at the nearest subway entrance. It is a prudent choice if you have luggage or a baby. What I don't like very much is that I was charged an extra 2,500 yen when I checked in. I don't know what that means. The hot spring is very small, everyone takes turns, and the water is not flowing. Breakfast reservations close at 5:30 pm every day.
