Had a very pleasant stay here at eph Kyoto. Room is spacious and clean. Service was really great here too!

Less than 7 minutes walk to Kyoto Station, for you to take a bus or train. Room is great too, with a small well-equipped kitchen, and surprisingly a well-sized bathroom too.

We had a ground floor room with kitchen and laundry facilties. These were handy.
Tho room was spacious and new. The shower had more dials than a pilot's cockpit and was fantastic once worked out. Breakfast was served fresh daily to the table and a small buffet selection was available. It was more than adequate and their coffee machine produced lattes that made Starbucks taste like dishwater.
Staff gave great tips on local attractions so you don't need to get a tour guide. That said, we booked a day tour and the pickup location- like all for Kyoto- was literally a 2 minute walk away.
Kyoto railway station is a 3 minute walk.
The Eph is tucked down a sidestreet, is very quiet and simply unbeatable value and convenience.

Very nice room with washer, microwave. Very nice and spacious shower, comfortable beds. Super good location, close to Kyoto station and with lots of greats restaurants close by. Staff is also super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the simpler side.

Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised of how spacious the room was. They even had a Dyson hairdryer! Toiletries and pjs was provided. In the reception area, you can grab additional toiletries, face lotions and masks. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Very close to kyoto station. With large luggage it is only an 7 minutes walk. Next to Don Quiote & kyoto station that has a shopping & many restaurant

Amazing location and experience
Absolutely great experience! Having access to laundry in the room was such a great benefit! The staff were always friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!!

It was initially hard to find, but that made it quiet. The staff was nice but the housekeeping really stood out. They were really on the ball and friendly. The rooms were dark, which is okay as we needed sleep, but a bit outdated. It was nice having a washing machine.

The room is clean and comfortable♪
Kyoto station is close and the bus stop is right next to it, so access is good ♪

There is a Japanese restaurant in front of you and a 7-Eleven on the side, so you can have dinner or a late-night snack there♪
There are a lot of restaurants if you go a little further♪

Breakfast will be served from December, so I'm looking forward to using it again on my next job♪

The price varies depending on the day, so I will list the price when I stayed. It was about 5,000 yen using Go to. I heard that it just opened, so I stayed with interest. I think the name of the box hotel is probably because it looks like a box in a building lol

First of all, hotel people often have to wait for room chores, check-in, check-out, breakfast, and telephone support in the demon's one operation. It's good for waiting, but I'm worried when I can't turn around in one operation.

The hotel is very simple. The interior and exterior are not very expensive. The room is extremely simple with no desk and a bed and tea set. I feel that it is uselessly spacious. The bath and toilet were clean because they were newly built.

Breakfast is free, so I got a ticket. In exchange for your ticket, you will receive 3 breads and 1 juice. It's about service.

If it's 5,000 yen, there are better places in other hotels, so it's reasonable.
