A good hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast is good + some evening attractions included - see the attachment:)

This hotel has some great points as well as-negative. The good is free alcohol drinks at night for happy hour a light snack later at night and a small onsen . The negative parts are the rooms are tiny absolutely tiny the bathroom although is very clean is also tiny. The breakfast caters only for Chinese and Asians. The lift to the rooms holds only four people. There is not enough room in the breakfast area for everyone to be seated. We travelled here with.AVG Travel so we did not get a choice. Would I recommend this hotel? No I am sorry I would stay somewhere else. There are lots of hotels closer to the city. In saying that this hotel I would say is very cheap and is probably not bad value for what you pay.

What's great is that the price is reasonable even with breakfast included. Moreover, the services are excellent, including alcohol-free options and a private large public bath (reservations required), so I highly recommend it. The rooms, the large public bath on the first floor, and the restaurant are all very clean.

It's close to Kyoto Station, and there's an Aeon Mall across the street. The complimentary services were excellent. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The room is compact, but it's new, so it's clean and very comfortable. The free services are plentiful and made the stay very pleasant. I appreciated the large public bath (reservation required, first-come, first-served), the late-night chazuke (rice with tea), and the free drink service (alcohol available at certain times). Both the in-room unit bath and the public bath have rinse-in shampoo, so if you don't like that, you can borrow a different shampoo and conditioner from the front desk (limited number available). There's an Aeon Mall and a convenience store nearby, so you won't have any trouble with last-minute shopping.

This is a decent hotel with a convenient location near the train station. I'm sure it's very popular with Japanese tourists—we see many new guests every day. It's a bit tired, as there are so many guests that it's difficult to keep track of everything. However, the staff is excellent at handling any difficulties, and any minor issues we noticed upon check-in were immediately corrected. I thank the staff for their professional and timely assistance and support. I highly recommend this hotel.

Débil Convenience Hotel Close, To The Train Station. The rooms are ok and good amenities With a Choice Of Pillow, At Reception. PersonnelWas Very Kind and helpfull sending my bags to the Next hotel. A very good recommendation to visit this beautiful city.

・Good points: Close to the station, making it easy to get around. Aeon is right in front, which is convenient. Free soft drinks. Free shochu and sake from 7pm (beer is extra). Ochazuke is also available from 8:30pm. The curry for breakfast is delicious. I stayed for two nights and it was nice that the breakfast contents were different each day. ・Bad points: The public bath was unavailable for maintenance on both days. I had searched for hotels with public baths, so this was a very unpleasant experience. It wasn't mentioned on the website, so I think there should have been some kind of discount. It took a long time to fill the bathtub in my room because the water pressure was weak. Since I couldn't use the public bath, I wish there had been a shampoo buffet for each room.

It's easily accessible from the station and is highly recommended as a base for sightseeing in Kyoto. The various thoughtful services, such as complimentary soft drinks, were a nice touch. The handwritten restaurant guide recommended by the staff in the room was very helpful!

The staff was extremely nice and flexible. The location was very convenient for me because it’s 3 min by walk to Kyoto station. And the room was really confortable for a very low price
