I recommend this hotel and I will come back again to stay. It is a bit walking from the JR Kyoto station, about 14 minutes. There is a local subway station nearby. Taxi costs about Yen 12-15 hundred to most major land mark locations. It is cost effective to take taxi from door to door than subway. We had nice treat for free ice cream and coffee and they are very good quality. Rooms are clean and well furnished. There are no good restaurants around and need to walk to Kyoto station neighborhood for better food places.

Although it's a little far from the station, the room was cute and clean. The staff were very friendly and the ice cream was delicious. The selection of records in the room was also great! I'd definitely like to stay here again if I'm on a business trip.

Hôtel is very cute and staff was very nice, they offer an ice cream per day while you stay there. I liked the vibe of the hotel, arty, warm. Rooms are tiny but from what we saw, it is pretty much the same everywhere in Kyoto.

The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. They waived our accommodation tax (I didn't quite understand what they said, but we didn't get any extra payment). They also helped us store our luggage. It's also quite close to the subway.

There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, the environment is excellent, and there's free ice cream once a day. The record player is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is simply unbeatable.

Very nice hotel. However, its main drawback is that it is far from the center. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Green by metro.
Friendly staff, there was a record player in the room

Very good. There is a vinyl record player. Free ice cream is provided every day. The front desk is also very friendly.

Very nice characteristic hotel, big and comfortable bed.

The housekeeping staff was very kind and complimented me on how good I spoke Japanese despite the language barrier. The free ice cream was great. It was a pity that I didn't get to drink their cocktails. The most amazing thing was that the breakfast was very, very delicious! !

The hotel space is great, and it’s no problem to open the suitcase completely👍
There is also delicious ice cream 🍦 and drinks available for self-service
Bathroom supplies are also well prepared. Very convenient transportation location. Very satisfying accommodation experience.
