They were very accommodating with an early check-in and luggage storage, even though it was a same-day request, which was a great help. Although it was a narrow type room, it was spacious enough, quiet, and comfortable.

Very clean, the bed was comfortable, the dormitory was quiet, there were plenty of bathrooms and showers, and thehost was very kind and informative. Would highly recommend!

I suddenly needed to stay overnight in Kyoto and made a reservation on the same day.

A warm welcome. The capsules were nice and fairly well insulated. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathrooms were adequate. Bicycles were available for a very reasonable price. The property is located quite far north of Kyoto, which is a very sprawling city, but there are frequent buses, and I got around everywhere by bicycle anyway. (However, you will need some experience cycling in a city like Kyoto: the traffic is quite chaotic.)

Note: Before and on the day of check-in, the staff will email you to confirm your check-in time. Be sure to reply. Don't be late. A 1,000 yen fee will be charged for every 45 minutes past the check-in time.
Accommodation: Overall, it was very nice and clean, with adequate bathroom facilities. Morning and evening showers can be a bit noisy, but earplugs are provided.
Staff: Very welcoming, everyone's name is written on the blackboard, and facilities are explained thoroughly, along with information cards.
Transportation: The subway station is about a 10-minute bus ride away.

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and pleasant. The sleeping place was not very comfortable, but I did not find other options for living near the Golden Temple. In general, it is ok for one night, even good that it is not very comfortable, so there is more incentive to wake up faster, take a shower and leave. Thank you!
