The room was bigger than expected for two people and had everything we needed.
Loved:
· The small stove and heater worked great.
· The dry room was a lifesaver for getting clothes clean and dry.
· Good space to spread out luggage.
Heads up:
The location is a bit quiet/remote. You're looking at a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest bus/train station to reach the tourist spots. Worth it for the room quality, but pack your walking shoes!

It's like a family-run guesthouse. The rooms are a bit small, but they have bathtubs for soaking. The most convenient thing for us was the washing machine; we could hang the laundry in the bathroom to dry, and it was completely dry by the next morning. It's about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way, so you don't have to walk all the way to the station to eat. Overall, we had a good stay and would book here again if we had the chance.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and the air conditioner in one of the rooms kept making a dripping sound. We asked the front desk, and they said it was because the window was sealed, and opening the window would stop the noise. However, with so many mosquitoes in the hot weather, we couldn't sleep with the window open, so we had to leave the air conditioner unused.
The service was excellent; the staff were very polite. The sink was clogged on our first day, and they fixed it immediately.
Don't even think about using the washing machine; it wasn't very clean, probably because of the previous guests.

I had a pleasant stay at this "spacious" house, which comfortably accommodates five people. The male receptionist at the shuttle van spoke fluent English and provided excellent service.
The location is convenient, just 1km with a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the area. They offered a generous supply of 1.5L of drinking water, along with tea and coffee on the first day, which was a nice touch.
The premises also include a lift with a camera, making it very convenient for those carrying luggage. The toiletries and laundry detergent provided were of good quality, and the bathroom dryer function was incredibly useful for drying washed clothes. However, I did notice a slight leak in the toilet, which kept the floor a bit damp, so be cautious.
Overall, I would definitely choose to stay with Resi Stay again during my next visit!

Trip should not have such establishments work with them. I start to doubt trip.com working partners 😅
Need to be a lot more careful with booking as there is no way trip can do anything.
The only thing I rate them badly was their inflexibility to provide cleaning services for 3 night stay ! I mean not even change your tower is way unacceptable
Airbnb good host will provide extra towel if stay is longer than 2 days !
