Nice and simple interior. Good location, great bus connections. Unfortunately the street is totally noisy day and night.

This is a spacious, detached house accommodation. The price is very reasonable as there is no meal preparation or bed making during your stay. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so it is highly recommended for those who don't mind cooking. It is also close to the station and has many restaurants, so it may be a good option for those who prefer to eat out. The cypress bath is large enough that even tall people can stretch their legs, so it is perfect for families. There is underfloor heating and air conditioning, so you can stay comfortable regardless of the season♪ I plan to use this as a base for my trips to Kyoto in the future (´∀｀)

The first floor has a long dining table and a small living room.
The second floor has rooms. The interior is decorated and very clean and beautiful. The key collection and payment areas are a bit far apart, which is inconvenient, but it doesn't matter if you're driving. Parking is available across the street and next to the parking lot, and I've encountered some that are quite expensive.
There are two convenience stores nearby. The residential area is quiet.

"Highly recommended for cherry blossom season!" The house is incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is perfect—it's practically impeccable! A 3-minute walk will take you to the nearby supermarket for groceries. A little further, you can reach the Takasegawa River to see the cherry blossoms, and even further, Nishiki Market!

Best hostel in Kyoto for travelers! In close proximity to everything! Supernice common areas, friendly and helpful staff. All this for a very affordable price.

Excellent place to stay in Kyoto for cheap!
Staff spoke some english, even gave me some guidance on where to visit in the local area.
Cafe/bar area was awesome and very cozy place to relax.
Had a private room, clean, and showers/bathrooms were clean aswell.

The craft beer on offer here is fantastic. They keep it chilled, and the food is lovely too. A must visit for the start of a night out. If you start here and head into Kawaramachi, you will have a great night!

Amazing hostel, definitely one of the best I ever stayed. Super clean, nice common kitchen and space, and cosy café. Definitely recommend this place!
