Stayed there for 3 nights. They offered us a free upgrade to a very huge room, and kept our luggage before check-in. Very good location and quiet. The service and the breakfast is great too. Will stay there again at my next Kyoto visit.

This is the inn where my child stayed on a school trip when he was in elementary school. It's very close to Kyoto Station, making it convenient for sightseeing. For dinner, we had sukiyaki. There was more than enough meat for our family of four. It was a great deal and delicious. For breakfast, we had chawanmushi and miso soup with yuba, which was very satisfying.

The bath was very nice. Some of the facilities are old, but I think they are well maintained and cleaned. In addition, the hospitality of the staff is very warm.

It is the best location for sightseeing right next to Kyoto Station.

I was there in 2011 and I still remember it wonderfully clean, very polite staff and a traditional bathroom on the top floor, I remember that the receptionist recommended us to spend around 11:00 p.m., which was the busiest time and my partner and I were alone in the hot springs
Just 1 minute from Kyoto Central Station, the room was splendidly Japanese if you understand me with beautiful yukatas waiting for us to make our stay more comfortable. A great Hotel for a big city like Kyoto. 11 years later I still remember it fondly.

Right above JR Kyoto with access to local and intercity trains. Clean, courteous staff and spacious rooms. I can see the JR train station from my window, but the room is exceptionally queit.

I use it often when I'm on a business trip to Kyoto. I like this restaurant because it has a high ceiling, it is spacious and very luxurious. It was very nice to see young families with small children, it was a nice hotel and the food was delicious. Tokizoya's Hokkaido foodies were served hot and delicious food. First of all, you can see that the hall staff has a very good behavior, attention and service spirit. After all, the access is too good (^^)

Nice hotel situated right in the train station. Very good place to see the city or go on daytrips to other cities. Room was quite large by Japanese standards and breakfast was lovely (Western & Japanese food). Service was great and very polite.
