I stayed here for 12 nights and overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel has a good location, a pleasant price, very helpful staff, and excellent communication in English. As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe here.

The breakfast was very good, and the bed was really comfortable – a good mattress and the option to borrow a memory foam pillow. The room was clean, but very small. The only slightly impractical thing was that even my smaller suitcase did not fit under the bed.

Even so, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Osaka, especially because of the location, safety, helpful staff, good price, and comfortable sleep.

Good breakfast spread with healthy salads, rice miso soup and local options. Enjoyed the onsen facilities and convenient location on shopping street.

Near Shinsaibashisuji and just few minutes walk to train station. Room is small as it is a budget hotel. Most of the thing are automated hence there is not much service available.

hmm... I went to Osaka, Japan, with my family and friends, we stayed in this inn, it was okay, Id recommend this place if you like shopping though, because it's right next to Shinsaibashisuji, the bridge, which is a popular tourist destination, it is really long. Anyway, I hope you pick this inn for your stay, see ya!

Location is good, about 4 mins walk from the closest exit. we highly suggest to go to the exit has escalators if you’re taking suitcases with you. It’s because The closest exit comes with many stairs up and down……
Breakfast is simple but all basic foods included. Many choices of drink which is out of
expectation.

The location is pretty good, not far from the subway, and you can walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. There are many drugstores along the way. Sugi Drugstore (also known as Bin Drugstore) is quite good. Some drugstores might not mention discounts unless you ask, and some require coupons. Always clarify at checkout.

The hotel is incredibly clean and tidy, providing all necessary toiletries, including pajamas. The location is superb, directly across from a large four-story stationery store. It's just a short walk to the main Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping streets, and Honmachi Station is also very close, making transportation extremely convenient. The hotel's breakfast buffet and evening happy hour are both fantastic! I particularly loved their plum wine and fruit wine! I highly recommend this hotel; it's definitely my top choice for future visits to Osaka!

Great value for money. Located near to shinsaibashi shopping street and walking distance to Osaka subway Honmachi station.

Hotel offers selective amenities (razor, teeth brush, bath towel, comb and etc), self service laundry and luggage storage, happy hour drink session, free hotel breakfast and public bath facilities.

Great offer and pricing compared to similar star hotel.
